Please make a series for the streching sets which we can do post food also like butterfly, vajrasana.....
My concern is i do few Static streach in the morning from 6.30-9.00am but in this time i could not complete all strechings...which strechings I can accommodate during my available time post eating ..... From which excercise sets you should start in the morning and which has to be done everyday....
