Excellent sessions. But asanas should be practiced wearing loose bottoms for easy flow of prana throughout the body.

THank you very much ajay sir. but i practice your videos in the hall infront of the TV in my home. i have my husband, mother in law, maid, cook, my grandma all around me wondering why your students are wearing revealing clothes. It would be good if you have a dress code, perhaps white clothes. brings a calming effect while practicing.
Yoga is nice but dresses are ugly
