Not to be morbid or anything, but this was a form of execution back in the 1800s called "blowing from a gun." Great video by the way. I haven't seen anyone else do this and I was curious.
I’d never heard of that before but what a brutal way to go. Imagine if they just used a long fuse and you had to sit there listing to it burn…. Thanks for tuning in and for the info! We will for sure be doing a video about this once we get a little bugger budget and can a ballistics torso.
Your content is pretty cool. Wish you were getting more love from the community. Have you already demonstrated the effectiveness of a handful of rocks?
I’m not sure the algorithm knows where to put us! Cannons or guns haha. Thanks for tuning in and I’ve got rocks on the list. I ironically just got some stone cannonballs too!
You did 2.5 feet? 30 inches? Maybe 20 inches would be moderately survivable. Every halving of the distance is, what, like a quadrupling of pressure? 2×2/(1×1). Would that make a reduction to 2/3 distance 3×3/(2×2) or 9/4 (a bit more than a doubling of force)? I can't math right now.
Oh man it’s been too long since chemistry and physics and I didn’t do well I those classes anyway! I think you could, wearing a basistics vest and hearing/eye protection, stand about 3 feet in front of it and be totally fine. Am I going to test that? For sure! Just not with me haha. Hopefully we get a ballistics gel torso here soon but they are quite $$!
What do you want us to shoot next?!?
BP cannon vs Punk'n Chunk'n air cannon in an all around competition 😎
I like the way you think! Farthest shot, accuracy, who knows what we could head to head!

Thanks 😁
Have you guys ever chronographed any of your loads?
No but we most certainly will in the future. I’ve got one in my Amazon cart at the moment. Thanks for tuning in!

@@TheCannoneercan't wait!!
Humans are messed up. Cannons were designed for warfare, so that's kind of obvious.
That was fukn cool!
Thanks!

Keep up the good work and I'll keep watching
Thank you! If you’ve got any ideas about stuff you want to see get shot let me know! Happy new year!
Oh boy. That's like 4 to 6 inches. I don't think that it will survive.
Holy mackerel!
Apparently they used to execute people like this as well. That’s gonna be a great video one of these days, gotta get that gel torso haha.
