OMG...thanks so much!!! I had a brush with Mod Podge dried at the base of the brush...I used 70% alcohol because it was right here beside me, and I watched the Mod Podge completely leave out the brush...in less than 10 minutes!!! Thanks so much!!!!!!! Now to wash this in some soapy water...and carry on. Thanks again!
Thanks for sharing, rubbing alcohol cleaned my brush is just 15 minutes and it was dried for over 24 hours. Favorite brush saved because of your info , so a BIG thank you!
Wow, thanks! I rarely use natural bristle brushes anymore but I think the alcohol might work okay on the synthetic? I don't think I would try the nail polish remover on the synthetics but if the brush is already ruined from the Mod Podge it wouldn't hurt to try it.
Alcohol is something i had initially tried, but it only seems to reactivate the glue, NOT break it down, once it dries again the brush will re-harden, this is especially true with big thick brushes.

I would say the vinegar or the alcohol would likely be safe on synthetic brushes. You're right though, definitely wouldn't hurt to try. Tfw 😊
Thanks for this ❤
