Also, do you eat all your avocado in one go, I tried keeping half in the fridge but it goes manky. Congrats on the smaller size trousers! 🐶🐾💕

I have a whole avocado eaten by the end of the day and always have some hard boiled eggs for those starvation moment. Love the blue tint to your eggs. 😊

Put some lemon juice on the half you don’t eat and that should stop it from going brown.

We can have them but they take up more than our 15 syn rule, is what I meant to say lolx
I usually eat the whole avocado but if you want it to not go brown, add some lemon juice to the other half to store in the fridge. Xx
How do you keep everything fresh for the two weeks? I'm lucky if lettuce etc lasts a week in the fridge 😮 Very well done on the weight loss so far ❤
