Thanks for the video, very informative and with such a great attitude. Some may not know that the water pump or the coolant tube (part # C2Z18658) from Jaguar does not come with the extra O-ring seal (part # AJ811539). Ask for it specifically. The aftermarket aluminum one may come with the O-ring, check and make sure. Also, Good year belts are less than half the cost of the Jaguar OEM belts. Good luck!
When you say extra o-ring seal, do you mean the one that needs to go at the end of the replacement coolant tube that connects to the oil cooler? I bought a new water pump and C2Z18658 for my XJL and the coolant tube came with an o-ring on the water pump side, but the parts diagram shows another o-ring on the other end. Thanks!
Thanks for this video. I just changed my water pump on 2012 Jaguar xf. Everything was good till I drove it a bit. It looks like it's leaking from the oil coolant pipe. Question is I don't think I turned the pipe so the lip is behind the casing. Does that pipe move if not turned ? I bought new pipe and rubber gaskets as well for pipe .

@@benstratford2798 Yes, it should be part # AJ811539. Good luck!
The URO part # for the extension pipe is URO-13684.
Thanks I just put a engine in one and I didn’t know how the A/C line went back on
Excellent video man.....God bless you for sharing the knowledge.....
I changed the water pump but it is still leaking from the front of the engine. Could it be coming from the back of engine but leaking in front?
