Excitedfor the G87 M2 content. Despite the massive hate it gets for weight and looks I really like it and want one. It's really aggressive in person. Plus the 2025 comes in silver wheels.
The FD was put on the back burner for a while because of my new daughter, but it will definitely get the attention it deserves once I get some of that extra free time back.

From my experience and about 20k miles on a tune and down pipe and tracking at Like Rock it certainly has been reliable. And I did more than just drive fast but was able to hold drifts in 3rd gear over and over with no temp issues. I’ll report back if something does fail lol!!😂
@@beauwulf They've been out for five years now. They're pretty reliable from everything I've seen/read. I've owned a '22 3.0 premium for about six months now with zero issues so far (and I drive it hard pretty much every time I'm behind the wheel😁).

My favorite modern bmw honestly, it and the Supra.
Everyone is sleeping on the G87. Give it a couple of years and everyone’s going to hop on the train.

Do the oil cooler thermostats on the rx8! Oem oil cooler thermostat opens at like 230F! I bought some aftermarket ones that opens at 180F

Are the new Supra’s reliable?
I’d argue that it has the most reliable (and best sounding) inline 6 paired with the most reliable automatic transmission on the market at this point.
It's too new to tell what the long term reliability will be. Certainly has one of the more reliable modern BMW drivetrains.

It's growing on me *A* *LITTLE* (I think the lip on this one helps), but it's still ugly compared to the previous body.
I like the new m2, the old one looked too feminine with its headlights and the bumper seemed too tall. But im in a TINY minority
