I remember one of those "ah hah" moments when I noticed a woman walking with her head down and her shoulders hunched...it was almost as if she was silently screaming "Don't look at me.. I'm not important..I wish i was invisible"...It was life changing..From that moment on I ensured my head was held high and my shoulders back ..I now walk with purpose as if I have somewhere important to go and I'm just the person to get there🌹
