Oh the scrutiny here! Wow. Relax, ladies.
At my age, after years of working very physical 'womanly' jobs that required me to be on my feet standing & 'running' for many hours, entire shifts(!) I have several ailments of the legs, knees, ankles, tendons, feet, nerves, spine, neck, etc.
So- lovely queens, I can't possibly wear high heels all the time! No. But I still want to, because they're fun...yet I've had to give up some.
I love the shoes that work for me, and some are trainers, some are boots, sandals, supportive.
Shoes are not an indicator of femininity.
Our graceful selves are...even in jeans and denim jackets. 🧐 💗🌹

It is truly funny that the last scene, which recommendates heels or tighter shoes shoes a woman with deformed feet (elegantly taking off heels with a tight front). In Germany we call this the hammer toe, an often seen deformation that leads to a deformed way of walking, which includes hips, back, knees etc.

4:41 less may be more but you should alway wear the pieces that make you happy… inner happiness with how you look will shine through and is dependent upon your likes and personal preferences if you like some flashier or bigger jewelry pieces you can always tone it down by wearing outfits that compliment but don’t compete with that jewelry lol just saying for example, i happen to have to love a jewelry set i have that is sorta boho/Indian-goddess inspired in look so I usually wear a simpler/more modest outfit that lets the jewelry be the star of the ensemble

Having a successful career is not enough, health & mental fitness is also important. I disagree on the perfume & handbags. At gym, I get turned off when a guy walks by hit me with his cologne. Not sexy. So do not wear perfume to gym. Handbags? Not necessary. Less is sexy too (it's confidence). Regardless what you wear, posture polite & a smile. Those are always sexy! Me, my leather look leggings white leather Adidas & Gucci shades. It's sexy & realistic.

5:52 yes but there’s a right way and wrong way to express these emotions particularly the negative ones, the wrong way to express them is to allow yourself to harm others either physically or emotionally when you express your feelings. It is NOT okay to take your emotions out on or weaponize your emotions against others as is so often done these days particularly by a lot of the younger generation the key to remember is you are entitled to your feelings but you are NOT entitled to others accommodations… your feelings are your responsibility not the responsibility of others
