You make me feel like a princess of a city......and I am learning etiquette
I've been doing these things unconsciously for years now, I'm glad that I have good etiquette! My mom raised me well :)
Same 😂
The example with Ryan Gosling was perfect
Valuable advice. Viewers: This is not a place for rude comments. Please. Jamila teaches etiquette. Rude comments have no place here.
This is so helpful as an autistic person who has a lot of trouble with body language!! Thank you ❤️
Love the simple yet classy mix n match outfit situation today 👌🏼
Nothing classy in it
I mean I really like the outfit she looks good in it but there's nothing classy or mix n match😂 It's literally a cohesive street style casual outfit
I’m pretty sure it’s her overall aura that gives every outfit a ‘classy’ look 💯
@@shrutiii1341grey top, blue jeans, red shoes- quite simple but a classic combo; atleast I think so!
@@terken8454nah, I think the red flats really elevate it from being casual! I quite like the sleeves on top, the length of the jeans with the minimal Jewelry. Devil's in the details :)
Jamila I appreciate your hard work to make these points public by means of social media. Your hard work is transforming my life.
So happy to hear it! Thank you for saying it ❤️
1:32 That clip is a wonderful example. He feels like someone who is kind, humble, and resepctul, someone who is genuinely interested in you but who will let you choose if you want to trust him, and will not intrude or force himself into your life.
The eye contact became apparent to me after I have caught people staring at me for a really long time, and I remember thinking it was aggressive, rude, as if they didn’t like me (it was a family member at a family gathering.) They were just staring at me and even gave a slight up and down look until I said “why are you staring at me?” Then they looked away without saying anything 😅. I did just ignore the behaviour but made a note to self never to stare at someone in that way during a conversation.
Great video. In America we appreciate a slight touch to let someone know we appreciate them! Thanks
I love this. Especially with the eye contact. As an autistic person I find this very helpful and I hope I can successfully use it.
You are welcome
This is super useful. I’m a group fitness instructor and I often interact with people from different backgrounds, health situations, and multi generational families. Body language definitely plays a big role in establishing trust and comfort.
i usually go wrong with my smile, i shall delay it, thanks for this!
Definitely agree that the touch has to be used with great caution. In many countries, unless it’s between friends, it would be seen as inappropriate and invading one’s personal space.
When in doubt, avoid it, it is safer that way.
Beautiful video thank you, great content as we all enter into the new year 🙏🏽❤️
Wow I learned something thank you Jamilia ❤
Glad to hear that ❤️

I really love your videos and it improve my opinion about any situation💕
Very thoughtful video ! The smiling tip is very very interesting. Thank you so much ❤
This is really useful. Thank you for sharing ❤
Very useful tips! I always thought that mirroring was only used when you wanted to show empathy, or that eye contact should be continuous. Now I know how and where to use them!💗
Could you make a video on learning and study tips for visual or audio-visual learners?
I love this channel so much, the only channel that puts me at ease and doesn't give me anxiety 🥺⭐️⭐️⭐️
That lip shade looks amazing on uuuu💕
I love this tips.
I found it helpful. 😊
Such creative and thoughtful contents you’ve on this channel.
I truly love the way you think .Keep doing the best work.Ma'am💝.
GREAT video, thank u!! greetings from Argentina
An absolute pleasure watching this video, Jamila! I was absorbing every word. This was in my opinion beyond etiquette and diving into psychology. Also very natural, it is how humans interact whether we are aware or not. I think I did hear about these facts before, this is just put all together to remind me included with additional explanation. Thank you for your exceptional work with the videos for all of us and happy new year!
Your advice on interrupted eye contact and granted smiles are gold. Perfect New Year's resolutions for me. Keep up the great content. Your Etiquette book is fantastic. My wife & daughter think so too. I'm saving opening and reading Afternoon Tea Etiquette. I'm waiting for the celebrations to subside, for the right moment. Happy New Year for tomorrow Jamila!
Knew most of the thing in this video theoretically,
But watching this video brought more clarity for practical application!
Thank you for your valuable content
The very useful video. Thanks for it🎉
You're a blessing, and extremely professional on all your video's. Your demeanor is so soft and warm, and your voice is so pleasant . And I must admit, you're very pleasing to my eyes. I could go on,but I think I'll end by saying
Happy New Year!!! 😊
Thank you!
Yes I watched a video and Janine Driver look her up speaks about body language. When you’re at a interview or date always sit 30 percent to the their side not directly in front of them it’s much more effective to make people ease towards you and when you sit pop your elbow and it can show confidence. Always steeple your hands too it’s a good movement when you need attention on you.
First of all thank you Madam.Jamila I'm so into your videos they really helps me improving my social etiquette .
What I'm asking about is I really love going in a picnic but I don't know how to be elegant when I'm on picnic like how I seat and so . I'll be very happy if you did an etiquette video about being in picnic .
Thank you very much 😊
I loved this video! Thank you!
So glad!
Love it jamila thanks!! Please address the things like how to use bathrooms /washrooms being a guest at relatives or how guest should use washroom in my home, beacause i has seen some guest at my home who really don't know how to use washrooms and leave it nice and clean. pls discuss some of these issues in your upcoming video so that I can share it with my family and friends so that they learn some ettiquetes too. I love your channel, learned lot from you. you're the best jamila. 🎉
Thank you Jamila ❤
Welcome
I'm glad that I've found your channel! You are so pleasant to watch and listen. My manners are not so good but I'll try to improve them with your channel's help!
Thank you ☺️
Thanks so much for this! I definitely will blend these points into my social skills!
The idea of words of confirmation is a really excellent one . I know a young man that is a good example of this and people tend to enjoy conversing with him because they feel that he actually is listening.
Thanks again 💐
You're so welcome!
I loved the drive reference
I really love your videos 🌸❤

Love your shoes!
Jai jinendra. Thank-you. Can learn from here.. Plalso do make a similar video to maintain the same when talking to somone on the other line..
I need more ❤❤
I would be extremely alarmed if someone other than my SO touched me even slightly. Private borders differentiate greatly from person to person and some can hug colleagues when some don't do it even with relatives cause it's not their cup of tea and I know a lot of such people. So not only cultural differences but see how a person deals themselves with physical touch and if it's clear it's not their language don't speak in the language of touches with them, you'll freak them out.
Please talk more about body language
Thank 👍
Welcome 👍
Love the video ❤👍
So glad!
Watching your videos from The Czech Republic ❤@@JamilaMusayeva
You are so lovely on every level thank you so much the red shoes are adorable❤
Thank you so much!
Amazing video. Interestingly, I have been doing all of these without knowing, except mirroring. When someone else does it i notice it immediately and it annoys me and makes me uncomfortable. :(
I wonder if u could provide a video example of slight touch and mirroring. Videos are really helpful. But thank you for all the tips. Hope to see more
Can you make a video of how to laugh elegantly?❤
My laughs are mostly spontaneous.
But I try to control it.
But if I am having fun..
I let my authentic self enjoy the precious moments of goid laughter.
Not ridiculously which I cannot tolerate
Thank you❤
Welcome!
love the video jamila. Is your books are not available on amazon??
Jamila, can you make a video on folding/hanging/organizing your clothing wardrobe? Thank you ❤
Hello, can you do a video on how to deal with rude people, please? ☺

Hi. Thx so so much for this video. I want to ask: do u speak about buisness etiquette in ur books ???
Tesekkurler 🇹🇷🌹🌷
I know this is off topic, but I’m absolutely in love with the red Mary Janes. If anyone knows what she’s wearing (and whether they’re comfortable) please tell me 😂❤
They seam to be Vivaia
usually if i’m standing next to someone and i/we start laughing i touch their arm/shoulder
it’s just something i do but there’s something about it that’s nice lol
The thing is i do all these thing..even tho i didn’t know it make people like me…i was doing it out of being nice to everyone…the only time i started thinking about making people like me when i saw my friends…she Attract literally everyone to her even tho she’s bad to them..and doesn’t even smile or be nice yet everyone is soo attached to her….i really don’t know what’s the secret…maybe her Karisma? Idk
