I throw in a package of baby carrots into the pot. Then when everything is cooked, I remove the baby carrots, freeze them in a single layer on a silicone sheet-lined cookie sheet, and then put into a freezer bag for crunchy cooling treats for the dogs. You can also do this with whole green beans for a lower-carb frozen treat. It adds a little bit more flavor to the broth, and provides a crunchy, good-for-their-teeth treat.
Yes! Our favorite probiotic is Fido's Flora: pawdega.us/products/fidos-flora This is the world's first probiotic that includes CANINE-SPECIFIC probiotic strains and we love it! 😃 Let us know if you have questions.
Bone broth is something that you could feed on a daily basis or you can feed it a couple of times per week. Whichever works for you and your doggies :)
Great Question. We simmer it with the top on, so there's less water that evaporates. But sometimes I do have to add a little more water after a few hours.
Thanks so much for watching. Do you mean renal dog? Bone Broth can be fed to a dog with renal concerns at the correct amounts. Please make sure you take off the layer of fat before you feed it to your dog.
Hey Sandy! Thanks for your comment! The liquid should be strained away from all solid material. The bones should not be fed after cooking and should be thrown away. I hope you get the jiggle after refrigerating!
Great Tip! You've come to the right channel. We are supporters of raw feeding and offer lots of advice on this topic. But not everyone can make the full switch to raw so this video will help them boost and rehydrate their kibble. Thank you for watching. 🐾

I gave some beef broth to my dog and could not believe how fast she lapped it up.
Love it 😃
Bones are soft when cooked a long time. Easily crushed with a fork or spoon. Can put in a blender to crush.

Here's a tip, feed a species appropriate raw food diet to both dogs and cats! Stay away from kibble!
