Clearly DumbDog's "Killers NEVER Kill in Specimen" isn't as reliable as his "Killers NEVER Fake Water Wheels" Theorem 🤣
That's more of a round 1 thing and a lot of people seem to think that way. Koji also goes specimen round 1 when he wants to live.
I think it's because most people go lab so impostors kill in lab or outside of lab. The chances a killer goes straight to specimen are low. But maybe that's specific to this lobby.

@@vulcanh254 Miners should automatically go to Specimen round 1 because it's an easy kill on Koji for this very reason. Plus, they can easily escape! 😂
Except I saw Courtilly recently fake 3rd water wheels as an impostor. I think Dumbdog was dead at the time, but would have loved to have had him hard clear her there. That said, I think she once did them as crew and he still voted her out, so...

Dumbdog has his moment's but he can be really sweet when he stands up for his friends. Especially to the viewers watching their stream and backseat gaming. That was real of him.

0:35 5up's last impostor game was on 6th Mar 2024, where he was Janitor with Aipha (5up died early that game)
So he's had 47 games in a row now without IMPOSTOR which is approx 2 in 12 chance of getting it.

I have been retelling a personal story for almost 2 years. Then recently found footage of the event. I had so much wrong.
Kara saved this game by keeping her cool. A lot of players would have revealed their role when getting hard accused like that. Also as badly as 5up messed this up, Steve and kimI played it worse. They surely could have pushed for a vote on Kara when 5up was 100% sure. But instead they both stayed out of it for some reason.
After watching several dumbdog vods i feel like he almost never fakes asteroids as impostor lmao

Had Aipha taken taken the role, the hard accuse on Kara would have gone very different

I can think of a least 3 videos where jus saw the killers steps round 1 2 of them was swooper and he missed it so he just tunnels on one thing in this case hafus footprints

Steve is having a very rough time as Impostor in 2024.
This game almost epitomises it. I mean he loses a 50/50 unfortunately, just his luck this year.
If he didn’t use the venerer ability he still had a chance, but the fact that he used it and all 3 crew were instantly cleared from it is what screwed him
@@GhostHawk272 both him and kimi were already doomed in that final 5. 5up inspected both Kara and Aipha and Ovilee revealed as Mayor. It just leaves those 2 as the killers
@@hansol4002 Good point, that's true. I suppose you could try to lie your way out of that somehow if you're the killer, at least. Still difficult tho. Better chance than trying to argue your way past 3 hard-cleared crew
Bruh I mean I understand that players don't usually watch things back but at this point I feel like they should expect desync to be a thing sometime. 5up tunneling that hard was crazy, no matter how bad his perspective looked.
He pushes so hard it's sometimes tough to watch him. Used to be one of my faves.
This was such a great session. Dumbdog was right, there were clears that made absolutely no sense throughout the entire day, and while that happens in every session, it felt like it was constant in this one. Also, Hafu's Kara tunnel is getting deeper, Dumbdog needs to remember that he plays with a lot of people who are either trolls like Steve, psycho like Janet or Koji, or sometimes feel like a specimen kill is worth it and specimen is not some untouchable holy place where one never dies, and 5up! Haha! He actually has been playing better lately and making some pretty good calls, but I'm with Kara on this one. I would sus Kara, for sure, but I wouldn't gaslight Aipha like that, especially knowing that we're on 7 and I can scan in the next round. Great game, great session! Lots of things to laugh about, slightly rage about, and overall an enjoyable rollercoaster :)
While I do agree that it happened quickly and mistakes are easy to make 5up is in the unfortunate situation of being such a good player that when he thinks he saw something occur a certain way there's very little others can do to talk him down without him believing they are imposters trying to gaslight him. That being said, he should have known with how the body was JUST falling as he approached and the timing from when and where he passed Kara was just a bit too off to accuse as hard as he did. If he had just put some sus on her and left it at that it would have been fine, he just got so tunneled on her do to his perception of the events. Honestly I'm not sure why he tunneled so hard on her when Aipha could just as likely been accused; even with his walk up it could be argued he was doubling back. It's all a game at the end of the day though, just interesting how some of these awkward situations play out.

Had a thought today. What if good Roles were drafted. Like the game picks 2 imps 1 chaotic neutral (glitch, pesti, doomsayer, 2 amnesiac then the rest good. Then the imposters can pick which roles they want but the good can ban 1 bad role. Same goes for good guys. So like League of Legends champion pick BUT the game sorts the side (teams). That way, the more obscure but strong roles will find their way back to front. I’d like to see more veteran & doomsayer games personally.

It does look bad from 5up’s POV but at the same time he saw it falling over and Aipha at the same time so as soon as Aipha said it exploded on him 5up should’ve believed it, unless he believed Aipha had desync which is a strange assumption. Idk.
what on earth did steve guess 5up as? since 5up went from hard accusing kara to hard clearing her, and since any method to determine ones innocence outside gameplay is cheating, it's obvious 5up came the the conclusion of karas innocence via his role, which could only have been detective. shooting kara as transporter was a significantly riskier move since either aipha or hbomb could've been the transporter.
Steve is so bad at guessing, 9 times out of 10 he guesses wrong, mostly because he doesn't pay much attention on meetings and misses vital information 😂 But at least in this game he had sus on him, a lot of the times he makes bad guesses on 9 or 8 when there's no even sus on him yet.

I think there's a timer after the kill in which it would show up as red and it pauses through the meeting (I might be wrong though)

I think detective changed from the old days. If they inspect a body, I think they can check anyone after that and get the red or green flash
There was a game where someone scanned an impostor after the meeting, and it did indeed flash red
Their detective works where it can be use the next round. It's been like that for all the games they play togther. It can carry over.......
