I can actually say I’m very pleased with the performance, and overall top speed for a natural aspirated luxury waverunner. Thanks for commenting & supporting my channel Scott. Hope you decide to get another PWC!
@Paul, congratulations my brother. Happy Father’s Day! Beautiful ski, you’re going to love it. Please keep me posted once you get a chance to put sometime on her. Thanks again for commenting & watching. I appreciate you
@timshull59 None so far! Don’t get me wrong I own several supercharged PWC’s. With that being said I do love to have that extra power at the end of the day shagging ass back to launch after a long day out on the water. There is a lot of benefits with N/A PWC’s. Cost, maintenance, 87 octane and insurance just to name a few off the top of my head. The fuel consumption not so much difference from my 1.8 SVHO so far. It’s averaging about the same cruising around 45-50MPH most of the ride. I would like to think with more time on the engine and after the first service maybe this will improve some. Hope this helps Tim
Thanks Mark, yeah no complaints in regards to speed of this new 1.9. Milage isn’t impressive as of yet. Maybe with more time & first service. I surely will keep you informed about my findings. I appreciate you commenting.
To me the non-supercharged HO is probably the best option performance and fuel economy. We have the non-HO version of the VX Cruiser, and love them, but I think the HO is the ideal setup.
I’m thoroughly enjoying it so far Mark. I think most would agree with you! It’s the most popular selling model Yamaha has the offer in their waverunner series. Thanks for commenting and watching. I appreciate you
@@LifeBeginsOnTheWater Hope you're enjoying the season so far! Here in the northeast our weekends have been cold and rainy, and of course there's work during the week, so we've only been out one time. Hoping the weather changes soon so we can get out there and enjoy the water.
@@MarkDHall Hey Mark, we sure are enjoying the season already! Doesn’t take long to get hot down south in Louisiana. Hang in there, hope you get on the water soon! Thanks for commenting & watching. I appreciate you
Yeah no complaints JD on overall speed of this new 1.9 in the FX series. MPG nothing special so far. 4.8 cruising 45-50 MPH so far. I have 8 hrs at this point, maybe with more time on the engine & first service it will improve. I appreciate you commenting and watching.
I have a few friends that own the 2019 FX HO 1.8 models running 59-61 MPH. Another friend with a slightly modified 2019 FX HO 1.8 running 62 MPH. Thanks for watching & commenting!
Impressive speed for a large ski. It will be interesting to see the 1.9 with a supercharger in the next year or so.

@@LifeBeginsOnTheWater hopefully I will one day.
Picking my father's day present up tomorrow. Same ski. Thank you so much for your videos. Helped me decide.🎉

Nice run, this is the one I'm looking at!
Can’t go wrong! Beautiful & amazing waverunner Tim.
@LifeBeginsOnTheWater Any regrets going NA vs SVHO?

Wow! Those are great top speed numbers for a naturally aspirated FX hull!
Looking forward to some mpg results from some of your long distance rides!

Love that there is a GPS..
Is there a depth finder?
No depth finder
Pretty fast for a stock N/A ski!! What kind of fuel mileage are you seeing?

@@LifeBeginsOnTheWater what would the 1.8L do in comparison, for reference?
