I'm not able to jump rope, but I've been a fan for a while now. This video, and your story, are amazing. But, this video really highlights what a genuine gift you have, and are sharing with others. I am the wrong side of 85 to rope jump but way back when I rode in what were then called scrambles, my buddy and I used our kid sisters skipping ropes to develop skills we found useful to control 400 pounds of motorcycle on the rough.
Never did achieve your speed and elegance but watching you today makes an old heart sing.

Congratulations on tying the knot finally (family is tops) and for hitting 1.2 mil. Wow. 5 mil is so doable for you, cheering you on! In 1985 I was taught roping by an Olympic wrestler on board a Navy aircraft carrier. He blew my mind. Many of the things you're doing. I'm retired now and picked up a rope last month. I'll be looking at the easy vids first. Thank you so much for sharing.

You are an inspiration for young people. I would love to be able to jump rope again. I'm 74 yrs old man with 8 back surgeries so at a 6 ft 200 lbs with that I don't believe I'll be jumping rope. I wish I could. I try to keep watch on any new shows you have and save them to go back and watch them

I am 60 and unable to do the jump rope sue to back injuries but when I was in my 20's I did jump rope as part of work outs and that was the best part to me and I just wanted to let you know that I enjoy all your content because it is real and you show how it can be fun and not just the boring hop over a swinging rope. I only found you a couple of weeks ago. I really have no interest in jumping rope or watching anyone do it. I saw one of your routines on Instagram sometime ago and marvelled at your rope speed and footwork. You are such an example of "every journey starts with the first step" to which I prefer to add "and continues with the next step after the last". Except in your case we need to replace the word step with jump. You have not only developed your physical skills but also your own sense of self, of who you are and your purpose in life to show how good it feels to be fit - so why not get a rope. This is a gift you have received which will give you a point of reference to hold you steadfast in the future.

Hi Lauren I have just started watching your vlogs after coming across some of the shorts you've done. I truly enjoy your honesty in showing that there always has to be some failure to achieving greatness and nothing comes without commitment.
