Lauren, I had spine fusion in 2022 at age 47. Your channel has inspired me to NOT give up and to get moving again! Now at 50, I've just got my body fat down to 10% and I have your channel to thank for it. (Although, not through jump rope but your workout videos.) You're an inspiration to many! Just block the idiots that make negative comments. Don't even waste your time.
To be honest, I have little interest in learning how to jump rope, but your skill impresses me and I really enjoy watching your videos. The thing that I really love is what you were able to create with your jump roping. I never thought someone would be able to create a business and full-time income from jumping rope. Very impressive!!!
Lauren, I am just a fat old man in my 60’s and I fell in love with your UA-cam channel and shorts because of your talent and your beauty. Your jump rope skills are amazing to me and I thoroughly enjoy your content. Keep up the great work and I hope you get rich from your efforts.
Lauren, there are a ton of stupid lazy people out there that expect everything should be provided for free. A lot of them are kids who don't have bills to pay. It doesn't make it easier to put up with their attitude, but please know that those of us who work for a living understand that you deserve to be compensated for the value you provide just like everyone else does. Thank you for all you do. It's genuinely appreciated
I started with my weight at 22stone in 2020. I started watching your channel and kept at the jumping. Now I’m 16 stone. This for the videos. 😊 I’m 53 and it’s added yrs to my life. Happy new year.
You're so real, ethical and humble.. its both rare & beautiful. An influencer promoting healthy activity that doesn't have the main character syndrome or narcissism of most. More power to ya girl. 💙
I've been watching your videos for a few months now. I find you to be genuine. Which is rare in the social media sphere. A great smile and disposition. Hope you make millions.
I watch these videos as I love the skill it takes to do this. I am a cyclist and I would never jump rope but i love the talent and skill it takes to do this.
You are doing a great service and sticking true to "your brand" will continue your success. Love all of your content. Do what makes you happy and F everyone else.
Lauren, thank you for your honesty, I appreciate you sharing your passion and wanting others to live a healthy life I have been following you for many years, I wish you success from now and the future take care, stay healthy HAPPY NEW YEAR , enjoy, have fun
Enjoyed this Q&A! Especially hearing more about the journey!! Being so open adds to the quality of this brand!! And the mystery of future endeavors is just right too!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep flying high!!!
A superb artist with your rope and athleticism. Watched consistently on instagram, I got suspended, glad you're here and get paid for it. Very entertaining, wish you'd been around 60 yrs ago when I was in good condition, but now with hip replacements, I can only dream to jump with you! 😍 You're proof that humans can still produce wholesome entertainment that we don't get bored watching. Keep going dear Lauren, you're a gem and we love you.
I love your hair care routine explanation. It always cracks me up to see men commenting “favourite natural girl” under your videos, not seeing the hair, the make-up, the nails, the hairless body and my guess is self-tanner. Not saying there’s anything wrong with it, you’re gorgeous and I think “natural” is a weird way to measure human worth anyway.
Wow. I’ll admit I first watched a random reel/short that showed up in a feed somewhere because you are lovely and eye-catching. I’m now a fan because of your talent, hard work, and staying grounded through it all. You are an inspiration on many levels. Thanks for sharing!
UA-cam and other platforms have changed the game. I’m very happy you had an idea for doing something you enjoy and being able to create a career financially for yourself. That is the goal of so many of us, to be able to do something that you love and get paid for it so you do not ever have to work again. Great job. Oh and there’s always going to be people who want something for free or without having to work for it. I sometimes get upset with UA-cam for the cost of Premium but truly I get it, nobody ever said to me that here’s a video platform where anyone can post something and they’ll never be ads or costs to watch it. Psst shh; create a jump rope game for all of the gaming platforms. It was my idea I get 1/2% of the sales
You have always seemed to be so much younger Lauren, congratulations on everything you do including entertaining us blokes who love a pretty girl, take care of yourself 😍
So happy this is working for you. You helped inspire me to get back in shape. I'd love to be self-employed again, so you are an inspiration in that sense as well. All the best to you for the new year. Cheers!
That's great Lauren. You are, most of the time, upbeat and optimistic which is, of course, catching. Thanks for being you the entertainer with the mostest. 😊
Lauren is a visionary who clearly treasures inspiring others. Thanks for the candor in sharing production details and tips. Before even getting to commenting on her jumproping, I am amazed by Lauren’s ability to film and edit solo! I paid for the fancy feats app when it first came out. Loved it, but despite her warnings I overdid it and got injured. But got back on it & appreciated the step by step instruction and her positive example. The story of Lauren Jumps and Fancy Feats would be a great Harvard Business School case study for MBA’s!
To be honest; the first few times your videos popped up on Tiktok, I was caught by the smile and "innit" at the end... soon after, and ever since, I've just been impressed by every BTS.
I've been jumping rope since May 2020 and have watched hundreds of jump rope tutorials on UA-cam. Here's my observation over these years: Men jump rope and teach jumping rope differently than women. Although I value some random tips I've heard on videos from male jumpers, the most valuable tutorials have been from women. As an older lady, I learn more efficiently, faster, and with fewer mistakes from the lady instructors. I love your app - I've been moving through the skills map and have picked up tricks so much easier than ever before. Thank you, Lauren, for being a superb instructor to us gal jump ropers!
I enjoyed this vid and especially your honesty around the questions you were quick to explain were not your area of expertise. Your jump rope skills and choreography speak for themselves (amazing)and I agree with you that anyone taking cheap shots at what you’re achieving within your sphere or your personal appearance really says everything about them. Maybe they hate their job (&/or themselves) and it’s jealousy that you love yours? - they don’t have to watch you. So keep doing what you do with the energy and smiles that bring colour and motivation to those that want to enjoy life rather than suffer it. Best wishes for 2025 and beyond. J xx
I hope this is as helpful as it is surprising: I didn't know you had other social medias, let alone long-form content even here on UA-cam. Thanks for the Q&A, and getting others and myself enthusiastic about Jump Roping!
I'm glad you recognized that CrossFit has *significant* problems with injury risk/rate. This is antithetical to what proper exercise is. Proper exercise maximizes effectiveness, efficiency, *and* safety. There is no need to compromise *any* of those aspects, but unfortunately very few people understand what proper exercise is...and thus very few people understand how to maximize all three of those goals. I never recommend CrossFit to anyone as an approach to fitness improvement/maintenance, and I *always* recommend people cease practicing it if they've already started.
I’m fascinated by the nuggets of practical wisdom that are shared by Lauren. Much of the information shared in this video have little to do with jumping rope.
Love what you do, keep doing it! I used to keep fit until my L3/L4 disc collapsed and now my left leg is little more than a walking stick, but I still manage to stay active and at 5' 9" I stay around 160 lbs. Oh, nearly forgot, I'm 72. Anyway, thinking about BGT, I think it would have to be something spectacular like jump rope on a beam. Yep, the 4" wide gymnastic beam. It would also be insanely dangerous. Please, not for you (you're a bit too precious) but for anyone out there with thoughts of BGT.
I do little rope jumping as part of my warm-up routine and your videos made me want to try new things. Nothing too fancy but I hope with time I can explore like you did. Greetings from France
Heyy Lauren !👋🏻💝 Thank you for sharing This! You motivate me every single day ☀️😍! Can you PLS do a routine to your favourite song?🤗💘 Have a great day, love you 🥇🎉
Thanks for this video! Lockdown turned out to be an entrepreneurial opportunity, but your success is all because of your hard work and great ideas. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Do you know Michael Caine? You both have the same accent, and I love it! Elvis Presley’s “A Little Less Conversation” was a perfect song for your jumping.
very nice insights. Wishing you all the best. You are, after all, a professional athlete - which means your window to produce this kind of content is limited and you do right to maximize it.
An interesting and enjoyable Q&A. I enjoy your videos and you come across as modest, straight-talking and genuine. Keep it up and well done. All good things for 2025 also 🎉🥳
Lauren you are the best and a inspiration to me and so many other people never change who you are and don't pay any attention to the hatters people can be so rude hope you have a wonderful weekend my sweet beautiful friend
Love your comment about KFC, I grew up about 20 mi from Harlan Sanders original restaurant. My father was a farmer and sold fruits and vegetables to him before he franchised out. Of course I'm too Young to remember this but my Father would say he was a shrewd but honest businessman.
💜💜💜Not sure exactly when I came across Laren Jumps, but she inspired me to pull out my ropes from when I taught my fitness classes. I just got inspired again to pull out the rope. I have a cable rope but am looking forward to a beaded rope to be able to execute more footwork skills. The funny thing is that I found out that my slippers are the best to jump in right now 😂. On that note, I am in search of a lightweight shoe to wear during jumping rope. Any suggestions out there? My sneakers are about 1/2 size larger than my foot so as to not crowd my toes but I just realized that extra bit means I have to jump higher…not wanting that. So slippers it is in the meantime!💜💜💜
'Jump Around' - House of Pain. That's your song! Did you forget? Congrats on your success. Of course you should charge. You put money into it and time (which is the same as money).
(I hope you do not do onlyfans) and as a tech entrepreneur whose built many products (software is a pain in the ass and expensive) :) Keep up the great work. YOU inspire me to work out. (and lord knows, I need the inspiration)
Lauren, here's a question for your next Q&A.......Do you realize there are 1000s of people who would like to give you 2 high fives and a hug.....what do you think about that, and how do you deal with it?
Hi Lauren 👋🏻 thanks for the videos found you about a week ago and was on mute thought you were American 😂 I guessed you stopped working for covid I'm going to press play and see if my guess is close 😂
Lauren, you have inspired me to start my own channel - jump rope in a bikini. Been watching for few years, nice to see a young woman with talent and not using her other 'assets' for money. We love you, keep it up !!
Well done, this is what UA-cam should be about not just those creators who rely on click bate. Keep it up and if you do ever make that bikini reel let me know 😂 thanks again.
Lauren, there is a lot of crap on social media.
You are a spot of light and inspiration.
She's just one of the most wholesome creators online... no crazy ego, despite the skill and achievements. I'm never picking up a rope but I'm a fan !
Lauren, I had spine fusion in 2022 at age 47. Your channel has inspired me to NOT give up and to get moving again! My booty hurts 🤕
Exactly, if someone has a problem with what you are doing… the problem is with them not you.😊

Great to see a young, polite woman achieving notable success in her field whilst maintaining her morals. A role model, top stuff 👏
9:37 I hate seeing criticism on your videos. It’s the world we live in unfortunately. Just rise above it and keep doing what you do.
I started with my weight at 22stone in 2020. I started watching your channel and kept at the jumping. Now I’m 16 stone. This for the videos. 😊 I’m 53 and it’s added yrs to my life. Happy new year.

It's a pleasure to listen to such a sane, intelligent UA-cam content creator.
You're so real, ethical and humble.. its both rare & beautiful. An influencer promoting healthy activity that doesn't have the main character syndrome or narcissism of most. More power to ya girl. 💙
Just keep jumping rope! I’m amazed at your skill and wish I had the time to get that good.
She told me to tell you thanks
I love the chance you're taking with your app. Risks for the sake of your passion are what make life worth it. Keep going.
Lauren, I've been watching you for several years, you are so refreshing in this crazy world, wish you the best for 25. Go Lauren!
Lauren, just do it if it feels good. I love what you do and you're making the world a better place. Haters gunna hate, you just keep jumpin'!
I've been watching your videos for a few months now. I find you to be genuine.

What a lovely wholesome video. Certainly one of the nicest 'influencers' out there.
Keep doing what you're doing, because it clearly works.

I'm halfway through this video and I still can't believe she's 33.
Love your work Lauren. LOL, here's a challenge. Could you do a routine to the Doctor Who theme?
I'm glad you can let the criticisms roll off your back!
'Jump Around' - House of Pain. That's your song! Did you forget?

You’re awesome & your videos are amazing… was surprised to hear you’re in your early 30’s, I would’ve guess 10 years younger… great job
Love to see you collaborate with Dakota Ditcheva
Thankyou Lauren. You're an incredible business woman ans person
I think you are amazing. Keep up the hard work.
You’re inspirational and admirable.
You are an inspiration! I think stayin alive from the Bee Gees might be a good song for you to jump to!
Lauren, here's a question for your next Q&A.......Do you realize there are 1000s of people who would like to give you 2 high fives and a hug.....what do you think about that, and how do you deal with it?
Interesting video Lauren. Wishing you good health and continuing success. 👍
Hi Lauren 👋🏻 thanks for the videos found you about a week ago and was on mute thought you were American 😂 I guessed you stopped working for covid I'm going to press play and see if my guess is close 😂
the non-mandatory captions looks nice here😊
Great chat. Very honest and inspiring. 🏅
I want to see you do ice ice baby!
You are very talented with the jump rope and the songs that you use are cool too and I guess since I live in the US I love the way you talk,
I'm a jump rope enthusiast. I love watching your videos for the skill and enthusiasm.
Thank you, Lauren!
Lauren, you have inspired me to start my own channel - jump rope in a bikini. Been watching for few years, nice to see a young woman with talent and not using her other 'assets' for money. We love you, keep it up !!
Have you tried skipping on trampolines?
We do it at Eastbourne Trampoline. Just curious 😁
Well done, this is what UA-cam should be about not just those creators who rely on click bate. Keep it up and if you do ever make that bikini reel let me know 😂 thanks again.
Always fun!
