I am a 64 year old man, and i have gotten over 20 people to start jumping rope, using your app, and we have jumping pot-lucks, for fun/bragging rights, and teaching and growing the discipline of jumping rope.
One thing that jumping rope has not helped in is with run-on sentences! Lol, i would have never thought how easy and fun it is to lose weight through jumping rope.

My fiance is disabled and when we had our son nearly 14 yrs ago I stopped doing a lot of the things I use to do. You make me laugh and get up on my feet. That's something I truly appreciate. This was a great Q & A with you Lauren, you are a strong woman to be able to take on this big challenge and manage the different platforms and create your content and do it day in and day out. I first came across your jumping rope content back on Instagram. You actually inspired me to start jump rope since I was going no where with my weight loss journey. I still have a long way to go, but I did manage to lose a few kilograms ever since I've included jump rope in my workouts. Thank you, Lauren.
You are so inspirational. I put my daughters (15 and 7) onto your content and you are a great role model for them both. You are keeping fit and healthy and at the same time have a career doing something you love. That is truly the best thing that anyone could hope for. I really hope that one day my daughters (and my son) all have jobs and careers that they love.

Lauren brings joy to many people, whether they just watch the videos and admire her amazing skill or actually go and do some rope jumping. Nothing else matters. Her contribution is 100% positive. I remember my initial impression while seeing her for the first time being just happiness, fun, and "WOW, how does she do that?" Negative comments in reaction to wonderful content indicate troubled souls. Hopefully, venting that negativity via an anonymous channel helps those poor people somehow. 🍀

Thanks Lauren for sharing all your skipping content and this Q-and-A. I picked up skipping about ten years ago after seeing Yves Larock’s “Rise up” music video - but never really took it anywhere apart from using skipping as a warmup to a run, cycle or workout using only a basic set of steps.
Somehow UA-cam put your channel and the jump rope dudes in my feed and I am now enjoying learning new steps and tricks and the “unco” feeling that accompanies all this. Loving your app and the way you break down the steps and also thanks for the advice in one of your videos to stop using a wire rope to learn new skills. I bought my first beaded rope and it is so much easier 🙏🏼. I still love the wire rope for speed though 🤷♂️. I just love that I can now mix it up.
Hello Lauren, I do like the longer videos. I really like it when content creators tell us about themselves. I also like the shorts it's fun watching you be you. I wish you much success in all you do! What I love about Lauren's videos is her beauty as an athlete. Strong, graceful, and so quick you can't follow her hands. She is really talented and entertaining. LAUREN I have a suggestion. You have done a few on-site video's of famous places. Blow that up with a longer performance near a famous site or city social area where you can play some music and make a good video (proper lighting) with a surprised, happy audience.. Done well, it could be a youtube sensation.

I'm very impressed with this woman. I just tried skipping at bootcamp today: I couldn't actually quite do 50 seconds straight - it's ridiculously hard work!
Clearly one would get better/more efficient with practice but she makes it look awfully easy. (And I'm not just hopelessly unfit - I've been doing bootcamp twice/week for more than a decade, but apparently I'm not much cop at skipping).
I like your drive and energy Lauren and the way you can almost feel the physical effort when your jumping . It makes me smile and so may you and your efforts prosper in a good way …ignore the haters there only here to be negative 😇👍
