I'm so proud of you. I know you've had a funk with motivation of filming and stuff lately, but you're coming back to old Jennifer and I hope it is either a sign you're feeling better, or at least that is helping you get there ❤️
Hey Jen. I know things are pretty crazy at the moment so I just wanted to say thank you for still providing content even when you are feeling low. And thank you for working so closely with Covid-19 potential cases. Without people like you, we wouldn't be able to diagnose, monitor and treat this vicious virus. Please keep being strong and amazing. You still continue to inspire us and you have our support xx
These are my favorite videos to watch. It's always nice to feel and know that other moms are going through the same things as I am. As far as working from home, I try to still get up and get ready before my work day starts. It helps me feel productive and somewhat normal.
I so love the lets clean out the fridge nights. And my family does too. So nice to see other people do it too. eat up what is there. They love the full meal nights but I know they are ok with leftover night to give me a break. that is love....
Jen, you are just spoiling us with videos!! I can totally relate to feeling in a funk...I've been working from home for the last two months and as introverted as I consider myself, I've found that I really miss my daily interactions with colleagues and students (MS teacher here). I've been trying to find little projects around the house to keep me busy, because my anxiety skyrockets when I have time on my hands! Stay well!
Hey Jen!! Thank you for all you are doing during this time. I truly appreciate it. I suffer from Crohn's and Osteopenia so I enjoy watching you and your beautiful family. Hope y'all have a great evening.
I have a 5 year old that was in preschool. His sleeping schedule is right on target... he wakes on his own and asks to go to bed so that’s fortunate for me! We were driving each other nuts when we had to quarantine, it’s hard being an only child! Anyways we are fortunate to live in a rural area in Maine where the corona virus has not made its presence so far. Our governor is slowly opening the state back up, in our area especially. I sent my son back to daycare this week and he has loved it! Social interaction is healthy and necessary for everyone... especially kids!!!
I have a 7 month old and I am working from home so I feel a bit stressed but I love being with him! I always try the whole “I’ll wake up early tomorrow to do it” and always end up taking a 2 minute body shower quickly and rushing my coffee to be ready but still managing! Sending your family lots of love ❤️
Hi Jen, loved the broccoli soup story. Like you I have things in my pantry that have never been there before pandemic. Thank you for your wonderful posts!
I logged in to watch something and thought, oh bummer, I just watched Jen's new video this morning so she won't have anything new...surprise! A new video! Made my night ;) I have dealt with anxiety all of my life. I told my husband last week I was just feeling off right now. Your last video was exactly how I think a lot of us are feeling right now. It is nice to see someone else express it the way you do. You have been my relief during the last few weeks. Thanks for continuing to push through for us...I have enjoyed "getting to know your family" :)
Enjoying the Spend the Day with me videos. I’m a scrapbooker and card maker too! Looking forward to going back to crops once it’s safe. Take care and thanks for sharing. 😊
I have 6 and 14-year-olds at home with me. It’s interesting how different states and even school districts are handling distance learning. My kids assignments are intense. We definitely have a schedule and bedtimes or they would never complete all of the work. Thursday is their last day and I can’t wait..it’s really hard trying to do my work from home and assist with their schooling. My husband is essential so he goes into work everyday - and I’m low key jealous.
I was so set on my daughter’s sleep schedule when she was younger that we literally left places early so she could get to bed. Before she started first grade, bedtime was set for her to have 12 hours of sleep a night, and after, she never had less than 10 hours a night. She always woke up in a good mood, and happy, every day.
I feel better if I get ready before I work at home but realistically it doesn’t always happen as I struggle to get up early when I don’t have to go to the office! Stay safe and thank you for making videos for us xx
I typically shower on my lunch break also. Sometimes I get up and shower before working, but not often. Lol! But I’m definitely over working from home! I’m ready to get back in the office. But I was told yesterday that we may not. I work for our local hospital also. In scheduling for all of the primary care offices.
Quite the light show behind you at the end. The pizza looks great. Live you videos. Jot sure how yiu manage to keep.a.neat house with you work hours and then UA-cam work.
My son's teacher has been great. My son has 4 worksheets, 2 short stories to read, a journal to do and then a few online websites to keep him busy most of the day. 3 more weeks then it's summer. Then I'll be up the creek! Ha!
My son misses his friends, that’s been hard on him. His brother is 20 and doesn’t live at home so it’s just him. We don’t have a bedtime. As long as he gets his homework done, he pretty much gets to do whatever.
I've got a 2, 4, and 5 year old and we're all officially over this quarantine! I'm grateful we have some land so they can be outside quite a bit, but they're definitely missing the parks/playgrounds and stuff like that.
I have been watching ALL of your videos! Love your channel! You seem so down to earth and genuine which is refreshing ❤️. I am a mom of an 11 month old and a 3 year old and I will say these last few months have been trying..
My soon to be 17 year old has been living his best life. Basically his summer vacation started March 12th. He is a homebody anyhow so this has been no big deal for him. If we didn't have internet it would be a different story of course. He is going to bed around 4-5am and getting up anywhere from 1-3pm. The other night I heard him playing his cello in the basement at 2:00am.
Thank you! Finally another mom who admits that the baby stage is not fun. Most parents look at me like I am crazy when I say that I didn't enjoy being pregnant or my daughter's baby stage. I really enjoyed being a mom when she turned 2 and beyond. Now that she is older we have so much fun together.
And I use to say the same thing when I had just one kid that if they where born at 5 I can have lots lol but I want 6 and I think of it has once they past 2 it’s easy (to me atleast) and that time flies fast
I do something similar with leftover mashed potatoes, even instant ones. Just add some milk to thin it out, put a couple of slices of bacon in the microwave to crisp them up, some green onion and cheddar, delicious lunch from leftovers.
I am a fellow lunch break shower taker too lol Since working at home right now I roll out of bed and start my work. If I have a zoom call that day I shower beforehand, like they can tell lolol
Oh I love the thunder and lightning stores. My kids are doing great but miss their friends we've just started our first phase of opening our country back up there are 5 in all schools and pubs are in the last phase. I work from home not much as I just have to do zoom calls and a few recordings for my students like reading stories and poems and send out some resources the children in my class are non verbal there are 5 in the class. My oldest son is 18 hes still working he works in pharmaceuticals and my husband went back to full hours on monday my ten year twins routine is all over the place but we're all doing good. My dad tested positive covid-19 at the moment he has copd he had really mild symptoms he had a cough and nothing else so the hse said if he has no temp on thurs is should be fine hes already 2 weeks in his bedroom wrecking my mams head
Amen to enjoying the older ages more. The baby/toddler phase was just so stressful for me. Sweet in many ways, but very stressful. My hair officially made the transition to gray during my kid's toddler phase, so amen to hair color too. 🤣
Jen I have 11,8, and 2 years old boys and let me tell Jen somedays my house is like zoo..lol but I love that we are all together healthy and safe. I'm also working mom as nurse.
😩 All these videos we’ve been getting!!! **falls to her knees like Wayne & Garth** “We’re not worthyyy, we’re not worthyyy, we’re not worthyyyy!!!!!!!” 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Pizza looked amazing Jen I love onions I think I have everything in to make that pizza including balsamic dressing lol so definitely having that this weekend was there a huge flash of lighting when u were reading ur card? Have a lovely week Jen fab video as always take care xxx
Love Murphy 💓 How do you manage leaving him whilst you both go to work each day? My dog cries if left for more than a couple of hours so my parents now dogsit him 😄
That flatbread looked delicious and I bet it would be amazing with balsamic like you said. I may need to try it but swap the goat cheese for feta. I loved Connor's "copyright" comment lol That would be my kid making same comment if I made videos.
I work in Mortgage and have been working from home full time for 5 years. I can be a little lazy so I have to be super disciplined and get up and shower and get dressed in actual clothes -casual, but clothes, not workout gear or lounge clothes. Then I'm more productive at work. And if I have to run an errand at lunch I'm already dressed. I don't bother w makeup though, just moisturizer. I'm afraid if I waited till lunch to shower I might skip it and then just be a dirty fool!!! 😜
*Those flatbreads looked amazing! I see you made one for you and one for me and I just couldn't make it in time to have dinner with you. Maybe later haha*
I hear you. I don’t enjoy the baby stage as much either. Don’t get me wrong I love the snuggles and just how cute and tiny they are, but it’s EXHAUSTING. I have an 8, 5, 2, and 1 year old. I’m ready to be done with diapers lol
That pizza looks so good. My children are 13 & 5 and they are bored out of their mind. Constantly saying they miss their grandparents and wanting to see them. I’m personally probably going just as insane as they are since I’ve been with them 24/7 since March 13.
I gotta say I’m loving having a toddler now cause his routine and life is not affected at all by this. But in general I just love the baby/toddler stage! Pros and cons to both I suppose. Having them be more independent is a huge pro though! I would love to skip the potty training stage 😂
My 4 year old is like a caged animal awaiting to attack. He’s the sweetest and cutest thing but boy is he not a patient person. It’s been a ROUGH few months.
I've been working from home for almost 3 months due to the corona virus (used to be just 2 days a week before the virus). And I definitely get dressed. When I just started working from home I didn't and boy was that a bad bad bad moment when I had an unexpected skype meeting with a boss and packages delivered...Having a skype meeting with a bass with uncombed hair in a pyjama and no bra on is a no no no no no :D. So ever since then, first thing I do is get dressed :D then start working.
Here in Oz council would have allowed 3 houses to be built in the space of your front yard! We don't have blocks and space/yards as large as yours :( shame.
Thank God someone like me, I did not like the baby/toddler stage. I feel like I found my groove when my boys were about 4. Every time I say that to anyone they look at me like I have a third head. I would love that goat cheese pizza thing but like you I would be the only one eating it.
No other reason to comment other than I wanted to tell you that I absolutely adore you! I look forward to watching your videos every week. Thank you for sharing 😘
I'm so proud of you. I know you've had a funk with motivation of filming and stuff lately, but you're coming back to old Jennifer and I hope it is either a sign you're feeling better, or at least that is helping you get there ❤️
My mom was laughing at me that I had my zoom outfit on. Blouse on top, pajamas pants on bottom, I even put in my pearl necklace! Fancy today!!

I love the fact that you take care of your Grandparents!
Love your videos Jenn and your stretching for your posture I had to chuckle with, thankyou x

Remember you are doing amazing ! It’s awesome to see you , hopefully you are feeling better :)

Red onion! I'm not generally an onion fan, but BBQ chicken pizza always seems to be improved by sautéed red onion -- I find them a little sweeter.
I hear ya on the baby stage and toddler stage I am right with you :) and NO that does not make u a bad parent or anything.
My son's teacher has been great. My son has 4 worksheets, 2 short stories to read, a journal to do and then a few online websites to keep him busy most of the day. 3 more weeks then it's summer. Then I'll be up the creek! Ha!
Great idea for the broccoli cheese soup! I’m gonna try that out tonight since we have some salads we need to eat! 😊
You have a beautiful complexion, Jen. Hope life is treating you well this week.
Those flatbreads looked phenomenal! 💖

Hannah Orvin thank you! Stay strong mama! 💕
You are legit warrior. I love you!!!!
Yay! I love these videos! So good to see you girlfriend! ❤️
My son and yours are so close in age and I enjoy the similarities in our lives as mommas 😌

So close to 100,000! 🎉
That was a great way to use the broccoli up
Thanks for sharing 😊
Jen with the back to back videos 😍
Amen to enjoying the older ages more. The baby/toddler phase was just so stressful for me. Sweet in many ways, but very stressful. My hair officially made the transition to gray during my kid's toddler phase, so amen to hair color too. 🤣
Yay! New Jen video! ❤️
It was my 4 yr old's first year of Head Start. She hates not being able to go to school!😞😞😞😞😞
Did anyone else see that lightning in the background when Jen was in her office at around 13:00 something? Wow 🤓
Jen I have 11,8, and 2 years old boys and let me tell Jen somedays my house is like zoo..lol but I love that we are all together healthy and safe. I'm also working mom as nurse.
Balsamic glaze on that pizza would’ve been soooo good!!! 💖
Hey girl Hey!! I love your channel! Where did you get the bread box???
Hi! It is linked in the description box.
I love the baby toddler stage haha having a 1 year old and a 7 year old my favorite age so far is 4 and under😂😂

Hilarious!😆😆
Do you have another channel for scrapbooking?
Yep! ua-cam.com/channels/VCamrBrUXUD_jTeVDTbrCA.html
Love Murphy 💓 How do you manage leaving him whilst you both go to work each day? My dog cries if left for more than a couple of hours so my parents now dogsit him 😄
Alfie’smama he does great! He’s a good boy.
My 8 month old doesn’t care and my 3 year old is over it she’s used to being outside doing activities but we still try to get out
I am loving all of the videos! But tell me, do you drink decaf, or was that like 48 ounces of coffee to go?
Oh girl no I don’t do decaf 😜
Jen Chapin atta girl
I love your channel. Thank you for sharing. Keep smiling girl. Give that puppy a hug from me and my dog (buddy a black lab)
Too much coffee... not a thing here.
That flatbread looked delicious and I bet it would be amazing with balsamic like you said. I may need to try it but swap the goat cheese for feta.
I loved Connor's "copyright" comment lol That would be my kid making same comment if I made videos.
Hi Jen r u still painting ? Murphy makes me smile he's so cute... How did Adam like the flat bread meal ? Stay safe 😷🙏
He thought it was ok. haha!
What do you do when watching Jen Chapen and a new Jen Chapen pops up?!
You pause the one your watching and go watch the new one then when it's over go back to the one you we're watching.
Lol!
I have a 16 month old, and he's the most adorable thing ever but man... He's driving me nuts 😂
The flatbread and chili dogs would have been a tough choice! #yum
I work in Mortgage and have been working from home full time for 5 years. What temp and how long do you cook the hot dogs for in the air fryer?
*Those flatbreads looked amazing! I see you made one for you and one for me and I just couldn't make it in time to have dinner with you. Maybe later haha*
Sounds good!! Ur sooo busy hon.. get some sleep! Luv broccoli cheese soup.. have a good night hon..😘
I hear you. I don’t enjoy the baby stage as much either. Don’t get me wrong I love the snuggles and just how cute and tiny they are, but it’s EXHAUSTING. I have an 8, 5, 2, and 1 year old. I’m ready to be done with diapers lol
What temp and how long do you cook the hot dogs? Thanks
I put hot dogs in the air fryer too! I swear ever since I got one I've been throwing everything in there hahaha!
Where can I find your granola recipe?
It is in the description box of the meal prep video she just posted.
What is the name of your scrapbook channel?
That pizza looks so good. My children are 13 & 5 and they are bored out of their mind. Constantly saying they miss their grandparents and wanting to see them. I’m personally probably going just as insane as they are since I’ve been with them 24/7 since March 13.

My 4 year old is like a caged animal awaiting to attack. He’s the sweetest and cutest thing but boy is he not a patient person. It’s been a ROUGH few months.
I shower at lunch. I sleep in until 7:40, wake up and work at 8 🤣🤣
I've been working from home for almost 3 months due to the corona virus (used to be just 2 days a week before the virus). And I definitely get dressed. TheLanaatje haha! 😜
"The Aldi" that made me laugh, I thought only people from Liverpool called Aldi, "the Aldi" 😂😂😂😂
I wear PJ’s all day unless we are going out. We are retired.
That pizza Jen look good
Here in Oz council would have allowed 3 houses to be built in the space of your front yard! We don't have blocks and space/yards as large as yours :( shame.
Did your work hours change? You said you're working until 4:30pm.
Your a good chopper I would be without a finger if I chopped that fast
If you’re interested I have a great recipe for spicy candied walnuts that is sooo good. Sweet and spicy
Thank God someone like me, I did not like the baby/toddler stage. I feel like I found my groove when my boys were about 4. Every time I say that to anyone they look at me like I have a third head. I would love that goat cheese pizza thing but like you I would be the only one eating it.
Haha I am the opposite.... I LOVE the baby stage... till they hit about 10 or so then I could do without the pre teen and teen garbage haha
No other reason to comment other than I wanted to tell you that I absolutely adore you! I look forward to watching your videos every week. Thank you for sharing 😘
Every time you say “correct my posture” I’m correcting mine. Slouch too much
Nice video, but where’s your mask? Love your meal prep videos.
