I love the meal prepping you did. It helps when getting ready for work in the morning to have "grab and go" food for the work day. I like how you did the hash brown patties in the mini iron. Great job!
I food prep, and clean my veggies and prep those the way you do as well with my own added touches. I found you in UA-cam last year when I googled food prep stuff. I love love love your meals, dinners, lunches. I love watching your prepping. Your voice overs are super amazing. I am so obsessed in a good way about you! Thank you for all your work you do in your channel.
Thanks for the video - you've convinced me over the past 6 months that meal prep doesn't need to be crazy elaborate - it no longer overwhelmes me - good enough is better than nothing.
Jen, this was such a good meal prep! Very doable! I love how you have two different lunch options. I get bored eating the same thing more than twice in one week. Take care! ♥️
Oh my goodness!! Everything looks so delicious. I'm definitely going to be making these for a quick breakfast and lunch for my hubby and I!! Thank you for the inspiration Jen. You're the best!!!
I’m going to start prepping my food prettier like yours. I realize that we eat with her eyes first and that’s probably why some of my food goes to waste. Thanks for this video.
During the school year I make my own egg bites. I use a muffin pan with olive oil spray or any type of pan spray. I put cheese, bacon, spinach, pretty much anything you like. Toss in the oven. Super convenient for morning breakfast. Just put in the microwave and done. I make enough for the week.
Hi, Jen, I do not have a salad spinner, but I understand that I need one in my life! (We eat lots of tossed salads.) But I'm confused as to how long you "soak" the produce, how much and what kind of vinegar you add, and whether or not you re-wash the produce after you drain the vinegar-water. Maybe a short tutorial? Thanks!
This is awesome! Finally, a meal prep video that is something that would really be perfect for me. Don't get me wrong, I love all of them, but super excited to see how this could be done easy and fast for one. Please consider doing more of these. Thank you!
Love your meal prep ideas! Always forget to prep salmon and rice until I see you do it. Also think I’m going to start baking instead of pan frying my chicken when I need them for recipes.
That salad is my favorite! I use to take it to work all the time for potlucks and it's a must have in my house atleast twice a week. I loved your idea, I'm going to start prepping it for lunch. I find myself skipping lunch now since I'm working from home.
Hi Jen. The salmon and salsa. Yum. Love it. It's all so good. We are big fruit and salad eaters so these look real!y good. Thank you Jen. Have a good night.💓🌻🌻
I love watching your videos. I have a suggestion for your rice. Just offering a different way. 😊 1 cup of rice to 2 cups water (technically just under the 2 c mark) *Toast your rice in a bit of oil *Once toasted, add your water *Bring water to boil *Once boiling, stir, turn your flame to low and cover *Cook 15-16 min Turn off fire and let sit undisturbed for at least 10 minutes then fluff with fork
Lol....I'm sure your way works fine, I was just making a suggestion. 😁 I've never made it in the instant pot so there you go. I have some good recipes for Mexican rice or what we called growing up Puerto Rican rice. 🙂
Loved your meal prep video. Just FYI it just came out on the news about bagged salads from Aldi and Hy-Vee being recalled. Might want to check it out for the details. All your videos are a great watch.
Thanks soooo much Jen for yet another great video! 😊🙏🙏🙏🙏 Who on earth would click on any of Jen’s videos and dislike the video???!!! 😳😳😳 What is up w some people?! 😡😡😡 I always hit the like button before even min 1!😄❤️❤️❤️🍖🥩🧀🍣🥞🧇
Only you could do it in an hour 🌟 You make everything look so easy! If this was me, I'd be chopping at a snail pace, and forgetting to revisit the things on the stovetop 😂
Hey Jen this is the wrong video but I’ve watched three of yours today on my TV. I can’t make comments on my TV but I wanted to suggest that you look into HP printers for your photographs. Are used to use $60 worth of ink every three months printing pictures then I found the HP ink that you subscribe to you can pay five dollars a month to print 100 pages or 150. Anyway their subscription program is amazing and they mail it to you when you’re getting low I am so surprised at how cheap it is to print with their HP printer program. You might look it up I don’t really know what the name of it is w it’s out looking it up.
We out leftover stuffing in the waffle iron and crisp them up. Top with mashed potatoes, turkey and gravy for a great Thanksgiving leftover meal. It's delicious🦃
hello.... you know we all love you so just in case you didnt know that if you happened to buy bagged salad from hyvee, there was a recall... we don't have that store here in Dallas Ft Worth Texas but when I saw the recall, I thought of you!!💝
I just began doing meal prep videos on my channel and with a toddler and clean up it took me like 4 hours😭. Im jelous you were able to do this in 1 hour😍😍😍😍😍 even though i cleaned as i was going, all the interuptions and the mess just took a bit longer🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
@@Jen-Chapin lol. Have u tried getting it crispy? I'm not as fond of it when it's soft but when it's crispy and salty it's like the most delicious chip you've ever tasted!
Yay good job!! U love all those prepped!! Now if someone would do that for me I would eat more veggies and fruits..lol😂😂😂 I so love those prepackaged salads sooo good and convenient!🤩
I’m curious how the Costco egg bites were? If I remember right the ones from Aldi we’re not that great. I usually make quiche cups, from the South Beach diet book (oh geez is that even a thing anymore?)
How awesome are you still meal preps even working from home! Everything looked delish.
I love the meal prepping you did. It helps when getting ready for work in the morning to have "grab and go" food for the work day. I like how you did the hash brown patties in the mini iron. Great job!

Hi Jen. It all looked so yummy, but then it always does. I hope your week is going great. Stay well and healthy.
I use bagged salads for meal prep all the time. I like to add other veggies, too. 😊
Ugh! I really hate bagged salads. Not sure why but I find that they smell weird and it's it reply turns me off. 😒🤷
Linda Mcgorman Maybe ones with cabbage? It could be the sulfur gas. ??
Love meal prep videos
You are the bomb , I love your meal prep!
I need to do some food prep that's light and tasty like you. Thanks for another great video!
Have you tried chaffle in the mini waffle maker ? If so do you have any videos with recipes for chaffles?
This is awesome! Finally, a meal prep video that is something that would really be perfect for me. Don't get me wrong, I love all of them, but super excited to see how this could be done easy and fast for one. Please consider doing more of these. Thank you!
I love your channel your always so inspiring especially to this mama of 9
9! You deserve a medal! ❤️
9??? If I had 9, alcoholic beverages would be part of my meal prep.
Carole S. 😂😂 It's in mine and I only have 3 😂😂😂😂
Love your food prep video. Ty
Great video Jen!!! Love the salmon you made.
Enjoying your videos! Going to try the Greek goddess dressing. Was wondering where to get the small mason jar container you store it in? Thanks!
Love your meal prep ideas! Always forget to prep salmon and rice until I see you do it. Also think I’m going to start baking instead of pan frying my chicken when I need them for recipes.

Walmart’s Marketside sweet kale 🥬 salad mix with poppy seed dressing is delicious. I buy several at a time . I can’t get enough.
That mango salsa looks sooooo good. I love mango salsa but have never tried to make it myself. It doesnt look too hard!!
Thank U! The Chicken looked great
Luv your food prep videos!! 💜💜

I totally suck at cooking rice on the stove lol! I usually do it in the instant pot 😜
Lol....I'm sure your way works fine, I was just making a suggestion. 😁
I've never made it in the instant pot so there you go.
I have some good recipes for Mexican rice or what we called growing up Puerto Rican rice. 🙂
Yvette Pineda yeah this batch was not the best I’ve ever made for sure! I think I overcooked it also 😂
Loved your meal prep video. Just FYI it just came out on the news about bagged salads from Aldi and Hy-Vee being recalled. Might want to check it out for the details. All your videos are a great watch.

I always hit the like button before even min 1!😄❤️❤️❤️🍖🥩🧀🍣🥞🧇
I LOVE hashbrowns and mango salsa everything looked sooo good!
Everything looks so yummy! Did you make that rice like you’d make pasta? Boiled in more than enough water and then drained? Mind blown!
Oh my gosh, that salmon dish looks so good!!!
Maybe the shredded potatoes needed to be put on paper towels to take some moisture out. It sesames they were steaming
Only you could do it in an hour 🌟
You make everything look so easy! If this was me, I'd be chopping at a snail pace, and forgetting to revisit the things on the stovetop 😂
This was great Jen!
I saw Aldi had a recall on their bagged salad. Please check your salad mix
Yay for 100k!! ☺️☺️☺️☺️
Everything looks so delicious! hahahahaha the hash browns were not cooperating!
I’ve never been a big fruit eater either. I just forget about it and I don’t think to buy it. But I love vegetables all day long!
Was asking what my kids wanted for dinner tomorrow. They want salmon, will be trying this

Waffle iron hash browns?!!?!! You are a GENIUS!!!
If you use the dehydrated box of hash browns, use a salad spinner to get them really dry. Dryer potatoes = crisper potatoes!
We out leftover stuffing in the waffle iron and crisp them up. Top with mashed potatoes, turkey and gravy for a great Thanksgiving leftover meal. It's delicious🦃

The skin is the best part of the salmon!
I wish I liked it!

That’s what I was thinking, crispy salmon skin is amazing!
Yay good job!! U love all those prepped!! Now if someone would do that for me I would eat more veggies and fruits..lol😂😂😂 I so love those prepackaged salads sooo good and convenient!🤩
I know this recipe is not in this video but when you make caprese (misspelled), what type of vinegar can you use when you don’t like balsamic?
I would just leave it out.
Jen Chapin Thank you
Was it 350 or 450 for the roasted chicken?
well done!👍🏻
Thank you! Cheers!
Hey!
Oops typo I love all those prepped*
I've honestly never seen anyone make rice where they drain it.
The rice draining was horrifying to watch
YUM 😋
I’m curious how the Costco egg bites were? If I remember right the ones from Aldi we’re not that great. I usually make quiche cups, from the South Beach diet book (oh geez is that even a thing anymore?)
I really like the ones from Costco!
My mom does butter in her rice too. Why do midwest folk do that!?
💖💖🦋🦋⭐
I want to eat at your house!
