I wish you every success in your new adventure and relationship. I moved from Ireland, selling or giving away almost everything and moved to the CZ for "Love" and I knew her beforehand, but not well enough as it happens, and thankfully I was wise enough to cut my losses fairly quickly and was able to cut my losses and buy a house in Ireland again, thankfully during the recession or I wouldn't have been able to afford it. So I doubly hope it works out well for you, you seem like a nice guy.I've been looking in Hungary for over a year now but in Spain also, I can't really decide, both have their pro's and con's, I'm awaiting a hip replacement, so that's why I'm not in a rush. I'm mainly looking to move close to a town but still be rural, so I've been concentrating on Baja, Mohacs and Barcs, though I've passed on your property to a friend.
I went back and watched your vid about why you are moving to the Philippines. Very interesting life you lead! So it’s about the exotic plants! And the fact that you became bored with Hungary! I am Hungarian by ancestry. My grandparents (Kish surname) came to the states during the revolution. They settled in Pennsylvania and farmed here. I’ve been to Budapest but not to the rural parts from where my grandparents came. I have the town name but never been there. That’s why I became interested in watching your video to see the rural farm life and aspects of rural Hungary. Very interesting! Still a lot of old style heating and water supply. I like that some things do not change, like the wood heat and simple farming methods. You had quite a few animals on your farm. At first it seemed small but then with the pictures of the barn and surrounding land it is quite sizable! My grandparents’ farm had a cow, chickens, ducks, pigs and a dog, as I remember. It was fun to play in the corn crib, the barn with the pigs, and the chickens chased us around! (Roosters, I guess!) Good luck with the move!
Very easy to get a gf in philippines, but also easy to get into trouble. A simple break up with your gf there can get you into problems with the police, because she can report you for hurting her ego and the police will take her side over yours. Anyway, as a foreigner you can't even own land there. Avoid buying land under your girl's name as many foreigners were kicked out after buying land/house. You will be just a mark there to be ripped off.
So this is what rural Hungary looks like. Very interesting since I do not know much about Hungary. Anyway goodluck to your trip to the Philippines. Subscribed.
Gosh this is a huge MISTAKE. In my country these very same girls arrive here breaking up marriages, a lot are prostitutes as the money is good. I had a friend from the Philippines who left in search of a husband, eventually snag a married man. When his money ran out so did she. Red Flag😲😲😲
hello, nice to meet you! I want to make more friends in the Philippines, I will be there from October 26. I stay open end, no return ticket book yet. Please write me your contact details at info@mediterranpiac.com

I hope you don't mind but I wish you will never sell that farm house of yours because it's really nice and it's better you give that to your children instead of selling it because you're going to the Philippines. Think twice Mr. Alex. It's your home country you must love that house and treasure it. Maybe the Philippines can be your second home but it's not practical to sell a good place like you have in your country. Just try first to stay in the Philippines for a month before you decide to sell your nice and big property. God bless you.🙏❤
Good luck. Your money wont last long there for sure. Your going to a new adventure specially to a poor family in the Philippines they're going drain your wallet and will ditch you for sure when you'll no longer useful. So dont sell all your properties so that at least you have something if things doesnt work out there

But as you know - people insist on learning from their OWN mistakes.
Why are you moving to the Philippines? For work?
For a change of scenery?
For financial reasons?
