You are on the right track with filipinas, however the same caution, as with others, is warranted. Not always sunny in paradise. There are good and bad in every country. I am English and have lived in Hungary in the Tokaj region for over 20 years now. We have many gypsies here as well. Some good, some bad, But I have always treated people how they treat me. I have many friends here and I do not care what they are called. We all need to get on together and help each other out. I have more friends here than I ever had in England or America and everyone here will help when you are in need. Not so in England or America.

You may visit Iloilo City. It's the most liveable city in the Philippines. Also Iloilo City is the city of love, because we are soft spoken person. You can easily learn hiligaynon

I hope you don't mind but I wish you will never sell that farm house of yours because it's really nice and it's better you give that to your children instead of selling it because you're going to the Philippines. Think twice Mr. Alex. It's your home country you must love that house and treasure it. Maybe the Philippines can be your second home but it's not practical to sell a good place like you have in your country. Depends on your quality and values. If you are a civilezed family focused one than you are warmly welcomed and bring your family to live here too ! There is NO such a thing that “too much” about good humans as it is a rare substance unfortunately.

I can eecommend some places for you to stat: manila but expensive, central Luzon (cheaper and few mins to Manila) or or northern luzon. (Cheap and everybting is there and near manila too)

That "Great Hungary" map is ridiculous.

Half of my family's ancestry came to this country hundreds of years ago, another half are 'native' Hungarians yet i still feel like a foreigner in this country and i would assume there are lots of people like me so it would make sense people wouldn't get as much hate on average based on that compared to some other countries where this isn't the case. And especially younger people also ones especially living in bigger cities are used to seeing foreigners every day. I think foreigners are fine even more so if they make an effort at trying to learn our language. We can be pretty awful to each other, to be honest that's our 'default mode' so a foreigner who learns our language already has a headstart in terms of what we expect from that person. But ofc. everyone has their own biases and prejudices so this isn't always the case, i like to think that we aren't a racist country-maybe we direct that hatred on each other so much especially when someone brings up politics that there's none left for others. 😂 But that's not something exclusive to Hungarians.

Gosh this is a huge MISTAKE. In my country these very same girls arrive here breaking up marriages, a lot are prostitutes as the money is good. I had a friend from the Philippines who left in search of a husband, eventually snag a married man. When his money ran out so did she. Red Flag😲😲😲

Foreigners especially with families who want to live here mostly come to Hungary because their homeland was flooded by violent, third world, mostly Muslim, single, military aged men who made their countries unsafe. This means that they don't want to necessarily become Hungarian, they just want safety. When the Ottoman Tuks were invading Hungary, the peoples of the Balkans who were fleeing the Turkish advancement settled in Hungary, while the Hungarians were dying on the battlefield (50% ofhhte population, 2 million people). The foreigners settled in groups creating their own enclaves near the border in Hungary, making Hungary less Hungarian. The Hungarian nobelty let Romanians into Transylvania because they needed cheap labor. Transylvania is now part of Romania. See the repeating pattern? Germanic, nordic peoples settleing near lake Balaton and Budapest are doing the same. After Hungary was occupied by Turks, Austrians, Germans and the USSR, it is not wise to let masses of legal or illegal immigrants into our country in such huge numbers. When immigrants come in big numbers, they create their own enclaves which does not encourage them to assimilate. Integration is not enough. If unassimilated immigrants in Hungary get voting rights, or become financially influential, it's game over for the native Hungarians. It should be illegal for foreigners to buy land, apartments in Hungary and to vote. Just like in Japan. 2nd and 3rd generation Turks in Germany are often as violent as the newcomer Muslims. Only 3rd generation foreigners should be able to do these things who study in Hungary, speak perfect Hungarian and who are a minority compared to the Hungarians in the region they live.
