What strikes me is how consciously and intentionally Bill gives his reviews. He makes sure to find a nice thing to say about each one, and be supportive. He knows some of the impressions are young people on the way up. He could choose to not let them use impressions of him to make their way - be super critical, or make fun of them. Instead he chooses generosity. He knows he's made it to a high level, but doesn't pull the ladder up behind him. He's similarly generous on podcasts as a guest to younger comics. It's nice to see a top guy who is also looking out for the whole profession.

He knows where he's at, a family, money, and sells out arenas. Even more recently when he randomly stopped into bad friends podcast bobby and satino both gave an exaggerated why when he burr came in and didn't want to take up his time.
I love Bill Burr. I like watching peoples mannerisms and his smile when he's watching the guy in the black shirt do him is so sweet. It's gives so much away about who he is on the inside. Love it!
