    I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
    I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
    The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
    This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.
    If you are curious, give Qigong practice a try and I am sure you will notice benefit to your health and wellness :)

    Jeff, I know that I brought myself out of pre-diabetic status and borderline hypertension, with the work of Chi Gong and Yoga 🙏🏽😊

      Magnisum, flexseed meal among other supplements help hypertension.

    I've noticed after last 2yrs of your videos my mind is cleaer negative thoughts are much better..
    Not only that but I have sooo much more strength in my muscles and No muscle ach at all..balance / coordination unbelievable GOOD..

    Thank you so much for making these You Tube videos available. I am really trying to get into the habit of daily practice and this is something this 81 YO can actually do pretty well! Wish I lived in Victoria - I'd visit😊

    Please make more videos. Only 4 videos all year. Really please do weekly or monthly videos. I used to follow the channel a few years ago and its helped me alot. Please keep it up

      Jeff has made lots of vid . It's just as beneficial to practice the similar routines.
      My late Chinese granny used to practice 2 or 3 routine daily. 😊
