    Im 54 and have not recovered from my parents and marriage. Social creatures we are, where the need for connection is used against us, shamed for existing and no real way to connect in such brokeness. A tragic reality for so many.

    Can confirm. Haven’t had any for a year and I’m okay with it. All of these mental health gurus have unbeknownst to them taught me how to live with myself.

    I understand this conversation, but people are not going to have children, no matter how much we discuss this topic. It's just not going to happen.

    I can see his point. Without the ability to compromise or emphasize with other view points, individualism can cause everyone become an island. On our islands, we slowly lose ourselves to lonliness.

    It's funny how everything turns around 'the gym' these days when humans haven't used gyms for thousands of years and have done well for themselves. People used to move, work, walk and just engage into physical activities to sustain themselves. Now they've turned into hamsters running on their wheel, sweating their frustrations off while contemplating the pitfalls their artificial lifestyles.

    Having kids is expensive who can have a family. We raised our kids with the money we had. It was not easy. I went without dinner sometimes. Now I am homeless. The kids are all doing well.

      It’s easier now than ever before in history, even if you’re poor. People just want things to be even easier. Easy times have produced a fragile and weak population. We don’t experience a fraction of the disease, famine and hardship of our ancestors.

    Stop worrying about how you feel and do the things you need to have what you want in life. I don’t care if it’s harder than years past. It’s what we have and I will change it if I can but in the mean time I will just live my best life. If I can have a family great if not then also great. Again stop worrying about what may or may not be and just live.

      In some ways. But imagine years ago, if you were poor, you had no access to information. You had parents didn't have that access either and your only way to learn was from a public school which had nowhere near the resources of the rich schools. If I come from a poor family now, you have access to so much content at your fingertips. It is such a social leveller. Just a shame most people still use it for cat memes

    I wouldn’t be surprised if the incel misery is as simple as, “there is more happiness in giving than in receiving” (acts 20:35). A lot of people are self-centered, selfish, unsympathetic, non-empathetic, unkind and envious. They often see warmth and caring as weak, yet it’s the medicine that humans need. If a woman show warmth and caring to them, all they see in her is a tool to make themselves feel better for a moment, and care nothing about what she might need. They do not believe in giving, so if there is happiness in giving, it’s obvious why they are not happy.

    Can't think of one full interview where Tate isn't mentioned.
    At this point, I think Steven is drawn to Andrew Tate and just wants smart people to confirm he ain't going crazy 😂
    Just get him on and ask him directly.

    My parents... yeah lol. Still trying to catch up from years of neglect and abuse. But I have also had the realization that rugged individualism is killing our society and feels like I am shouting into the void. Because I don't have anyone around me. Because rugged individualism. I would have had children, but I couldn't afford my car insurance let alone a child. And it wasn't because of Starbucks and Avocado Toast. Oh, and I am not a virgin or angry. I lived my life and chose to make the most of my meager wages by traveling and having experiences. But even that isn't such an option to kids these days. Good luck meeting people to take you in all over the country in 2024 as you see the country by hiking.

      You have no idea what you're talking about. The problem today in the West isn't religious extremism. It's secular extremism based on the outdated and thoroughly debunked teachings of Karl Marx and his cadre.

    Women can have sex and not worry about being forced to support a child. Men can't. Discrimination based on sex is illegal

    • @kellyely9113
      @kellyely9113 Місяць тому

      You're kidding, right? Not only are women solely responsible for the health and welfare of that child, they also now cannot even choose whether or not they have children, that decision is being taken away again because people (mostly men) are "uncomfortable " with abortion and access to reproductive health care. Sex is an extremely risky choice for women to participate in, because men are not held accountable for taking care of that child financially (child support is bullshit), mentally (being there to support and teach that child) or emotionally (being there to connect to, nurture and help that child grow into a happy, healthy adult). Men love to have sex without any thoughts about the consequences of their actions, and also can simply deny any accountability for creating a child simply because it's not their burden to bear. Women 100% need to worry about men that think like this because they are deluded.

      what do you think a single mom does all her life?

    • @kellyely9113
      @kellyely9113 28 днів тому

      @Dave1507 I assume she struggles without support from the biological father of her children, but I wouldn't know personally because I'm happily child free. Hopefully, once the child is no longer in immediate need of her attention, affection, time, energy, resources and life force, she is able to find time, energy, resources, support and financial freedom for herself through having a solid job that pays her appropriately.
