- This video deals with Mazda CX5 with a not working Bluetooth hands-free system (with NB1 Audio Unit) caused by a bad connection. Watch my video to find out how to fix it.
The same solution is related to Mazda 6 with NB1 Audio Unit.

Good video, it really helped, but two-three issues which you could mention:
1. The related bluetooth connection is on the upper side in the glovebox, they are in a pretty uncomfortable position (I struggled to find them)
2. The white head cable has a little button to press before you pull it out, don't try to break/smudge it, hold the button and pull firmly
3. Restart the system/car (the bluetooth won't fix itself automatically without restart)
Thank you so much, top man 👍
You're welcome!
Gracias desde Chile!!!
Thank you❤️
You are welcome.
Good video and explanation! But in my car, we connected two phones, and then the two were disconnected, and on the screen only I can press the FM and AM radio channels. As for the word Bluetooth and the rest, it does not work, that is, it is not lit?
Thanks
Try to do the same as on video it could start working. You can try to remove the fuse for the audio and room which could help as well, if it doesn't work, then you should let it be checked at the dealership, there could be more solutions.
@@JB_Auto Thank you very much for your answer. I unplugged the negative battery cable and put it back in again....and it worked! thank you thank you. 🙏🙏
the small usb for what ?
Could you specify more clearly the question? the smaller connector is for USB, if it is that what what you wanted to ask...
Hey in my car there is no USB connected but Bluetooth worked earlier
Hey, then it is different equipment than in my video, try to reboot the Audio unit by removing fuses for 5min, the Fuses number. 44 Audio 1 15A and number 38 Audio 2 7.5A if this doesn't work you need to visit a Mazda dealer.
@@JB_Auto Hey I will try this tommorow, It was basically the same as your just without the USB cable and only the other white big cable (not sure of the name) I unplugged that cable for 10-15 sec and then tried to turn on the car without success.
That bigger white connector goes from the Audio unit and is connected to the Bluetooth unit. You could check the connection to Audio unit as well, but first reboot. I believe In this type the USB goes directly to the Audio. unit.
Mine same issue...only white big cable is connected, but without the USB cable & can't find the USB cable at all...
