Musical note cookies

This is a quick video that I made with musical note designs. Quick disclaimer: I mentioned that I have moved to Colorado and am still tweaking recipes because of the extreme altitude. The shortbread dough that I made for this video was another baking disaster! Please try not to focus too much on the cookie base. I decided to post this video because I really liked the design and decided in the end, not to waste the cookies. They still taste great, but do not hold their shape when baked. Such a weird experience, some of these cookies actually shrank, while others expanded and warped.
