Hello Gina, I love the way you bring dance and work out together!! I’ve just started to try your work outs 😊. I am dealing with Traumatic Brain Injury and I’m pushing 60 (and for the first time in years able to try to work out). Could you give me advice? When I manage to do the foot work, it’s hard for me to combine this with my arms. Is there a way to make this easier, cause I would love to be able to do both. Do you have experience with people with TBI to learn your work outs? Does it get easier? Anyway I love your personality and your great and fun work out!!! 😊 Love, Daisy (from the Netherlands)
my advice is simply start with just feet and nail that down pat first- gain the confidence and progress there. Leave the upper body when your footwork feels easy! Small steps to BIG change! do things in stages 💜
Unfortunately the video is very pixalated both on my phone and my TV. Ive got high speed internet so I know it's not me. Another thing is that other videos of yours are clear as day. It's too bad.
