I used a smaller weight for the elbow that’s bothering but I’m trying to rest it as much as I can. Thanks again Gina you’re the best 💕💜💕
"you make me WANT to work out" BEST LINE EVER! Makes my heart smile reading that! For injury review and management like tennis elbow, this is definitely out of my expertise as a fitness trainer. Even with my level of education and years of experience I always refer to the experts, have you seen a physiotherapist for management of that? I would also for the time being avoid further aggravation and definitely downgrade repetitive movement that affects it as well as heavy weights. Hope this helps you move in the right direction towards healing!
@@uptothebeatfit thank you for your honesty. Just to be clear yes I’ve seen a Dr. I was just wondering what a trainer does if and when they have issues like this. It’s frustrating bc I want to do more but I’m limited bc I have rest my arm so I feel like I’m not doing enough. I don’t know if that makes sense? Lol but I appreciate your help. You’re the best I truly enjoy working out with you 💞
Hi Gina was a little too fast for my knees and hips but I still enjoyed it. Will need to increase the weights as well once I get the moves. What weight did you use I found 3KG too light
I'm using 2.5kg, but use something that provides a challenge to you whilst keeping form and posture. Remember the reps are faster and to the beat, so you might need to be a little lighter than usual.
