I added traps in my workout routine and I cant do anything but wall climbers and unelevated, knee pike pushups lol. My shoulders are burning

dude i really want to switch to 100% calisthenics i do a mix of both lifting and calisthenics i just feel like lifting weights is so much easier for hypertrophy (for certain body parts like shoulders and legs ?)

@@tenzin4real1 it is hard to hit lateral delts with Body weight but not impossible, and there's a shit ton of rear delt calisthenics exercises
