    Thank you for this video, lately I always start my morning with yoga and meditation, then drink my coffee while watching UA-cam. Today as I woke up after sleeping for 14 hours (I started a new antidepressant yesterday, that's why) I skipped yoga and meditation and went straight to UA-cam. Your video was the first I watched today, and it was almost like a meditation, so I haven't really skipped my morning meditation even today. 😅 And now I am also motivated enough to do my yoga routine after coffee. Thank you so much. 💕
