Super! I was just at that same circle k around midnight. 2 people were caught shop lifting. Emptying out their bags with stuff on the floor. The employee just let them leave. Good thing you didnt leave your e-bike outside.
That last house with the bars on the windows is a real hazard if there's a fire because there's only one exit. It becomes very difficult for the Fire Department to rescue people and pets and for people to escape.
Nice video. I'm central Southside downtown 2 bdrm with all taxes, fees and utilities $866 per month. In a senior gated community. Blessed. The first one was ok. It's in Encanto but $2800 is steep. But acceptable and nice area. The second one is convenient for many things. But you'd never find me at a mosh pit. But I love 1st Friday. A great breakfast place has good food. Again kind of pricey Apt. But has a lot of luxury amenities. Nice. Reasonable too. 3rd one is convenient but not so pricey for 3 bedrooms. I sent the link to my granddaughter.

The house seemed to be a mansion but as a kid I knew she rich when I saw a doggie door in one of the bathrooms. I love that area. The 90 year old man impressed me Wow!!! Mississippi is no longer cheap living. Where we just moved from average rent prices start at $2300 and that could be on a 1300sqf house. Taxes are crazy now... Apartments $2400-$4500. It ain't bad here in AZ. At least you can see where the money goes.

Rent in Arizona is astronomical! I am a native and pay $2500 a month. This state is no longer livable. The water is sooooo bad! The habitat is so destroyed. The people are not enjoyable. And TRAFFIC is rage worthy. Food prices are very high. The ultra rich live here and the poor die on our streets. I am slowly losing every penny…..to corporation investment of land and real estate.

Hospitals real close St. Joseph's where I was born in 1962, close to downtown for if you work in dt but still want to live in a house ,ride your bike to work ,But right there is the golf course there. It's a really, really nice neighborhood. There's encano Park. There's a lagoon. There you can rent paddle boats and canoes and there's a big band shell. There really nice Park across the street is that swimming pool and all that area you were showing so I think it's worth it. Maybe a power couple with no children or one child.
I don't think women would like to live in that high-rise apartment. It's for a single male unless it's just a temporary place for a single power woman. Of course she has short hair. You know those kind 🤣
If the area is not bad I would rent the apt that's $1400. I have one concern is that U purchase ur self a helmet 4 safety. Thk U 4 the bike tour enjoyed it.😄
