Hi I would like to ask I am over 40 and I never did any sport in my life and also I have very stiff muscles.😩Do you think I can do this exercise?
Better to start with my low impact workouts and beginner workouts! This one is more of a high impact and can be better to do it once you are comfortable with the other ones!
