Wow great show David, brought back memories or where my RE journey started from. I must admit I really like the beard, seeing you without one in this show. Congrats again on your success
no when you set your sighyts on being by water its not something you wanna compromise on. Thats quality of life you cant get just anywhere. The fact you think a pool is any compensation just shows you dont get it.
@en6278 His comment is not to say the pool was compensation. It was simply a view of having a beautiful move-in ready house for an affordable price while still being by the water by a few minutes. However, for those who want water views and to be on the water, nothing beats that if the option is there, which they had with house 3. As the saying goes, you can change a house but not a location. I believe that 3rd house will look really beautiful with significant updates. I hated the fact that they called it move-in ready.
I somehow feel like the husband wanted the second house. It had all the amenities they both wanted--except that it's not on the water. I guess what's more important to him is his wife's happiness, seeing her smile--his wife who so wanted to be on the water that she's willing to bear with all the carpet and the electric range for now.
I would have picked the same house. I'm confused why they didn't change out the carpet before moving in though. According to their budget, they would have been able to afford it and it's so much easier and less of a hassle to do when the house is empty.
Their choice was a no brainer, there is really nothing like being on the water. That second house was much nicer but lakefront property value in the long run trumps that
It is hard to agree with you because that second home looked nice but you are right. You can change a house but you can't change location. I think with significant updates down the line, the 3rd house would be perfect but I won't move in as it is though. It is not move-in ready for me.
Yahh California peeps we have 4 homes 3 in Santa Barbara main home in Hollywood Hills Hollywood 💗 la jolla California and we are in Honolulu Hawaii right now 😀
Lovely episode - lovely location. I am glad they chose it.
I didn't even realize this was David Greene's channel until I heard the audio! Great agent and podcast host!

Definitely the best choice! Although the second house was the nicest, I think I would've also chosen the 3rd house, being on the water
Thank you for spoiling it for me 😑
@@Maxroger33 lmao that's your fault you dumbass 😂 don't look at the comments before finishing the episode.
Nice Dav and Gina.....I have the opportunity to works with two TV stars...cool
I wish they went with the 2nd house, just a walk away from the water and their own pool and everything else they wanted.

makes me wonder if these water people see what is happening . wait til it floods and in a few year, that is a great possibility.

Nice the 2nd house.
I like the woman. She is rational and works well with her husband. So unusual in America now. I am happy they found a nice house...
