Wow my fav couple so far! I like that they mostly focus on what they like about the house rather than keep pointing out/complain on what they hate about the house. Less complaining, less arguing, not selfish, open minded, not picky and did not request too many things that won't fit their budget. I didn't even care which house they ended up with because they seems very wise!
Damn, he really does look like Jim Carrey, including the huge, kind of insane looking smile (4:39 is a bit creepy)! Something that's weird: They had 2.5 bathrooms in their old house but they always had to use/used the same to get ready?

Husband looks like he could play Jim Carrey's brother. Wife reminds me of the girls dancing to be The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. I like the 3rd house overall. All cosmetic changes can make a big difference in the look and the function of the home. Nice enthusiastic couple.

Ha, there's definitely always compromise. But we spend a lot of time on our deck and there's more land than we thought on the sides of the home. Two was nice, but SO glad we have a basement with our baby and our friends' kids coming over.
I’m amazed how many houses in USA are not fenced! Practically Every house in Australia is fenced except for some new builds. Some very old places may need fences replaced though.
out of the first and 2nd house I'm liking the 1st so far because you can grow into it. once that basement is completed that's an additional 2000 sq ft you can put a dance studio, movie room, etc...OK let me keep watching

I cannot understand why people, even those who work from home or have free schedule (like this couple does, I am sure) always complain about needing dual sinks in the bathroom so that they "could get ready together"? Dual sinks, next - dual toilets, next - dual showers, just like some communal bathroom in an orphanage.
