One thing I urge is that you get window curtains that aren't translucent... Having curtains that display light from within your van / truck, will cause interest for inquiry from passersby outside. Moreover, at night ---- the smallest pinhole of light coming through your windows, can be seen for miles away... Hence, possibly causing unwanted visitors... Just a little tidbit for stealth camping!👍🤙
I did a van camping trip from Maryland to Florida recently. Noticed that several of the big 24 hr. stores along the way have "No Overnight Camping" signs up now. They are missing out on a huge market when they do that. Like with your shopping trip at Bucee's, you can't go in without spending $50-$100 on snacks, food, & whatnot. Their motto should be "Spend your money HERE!" then get the hell off our lot. Easy for me to say, but I wouldn't spend my money there after being kicked off the lot.
I didn't have a lot of choice of where to stay last year when I was having car trouble, but I pulled into a Love's and honestly, I was safe. Everything was clean, people were polite and helpful-and actually, surprisingly quiet! Love them~!

Morning. Your video came across my feed today and I heard you say that your gas gauge is acting wonky. If you have the funds, I suggest you have your fuel pump replaced soon, as that is one of the symptoms of failure soon to come. The mechanism is called a float and it is attached to the bottom of your fuel pump which is in the tank, and if that is failing then the fuel pump is most likely old. I'm merely suggesting this because I know what it's like to have a fuel pump strand you in the middle of the road. Good luck with your continued journey and bang on!😊
I love you and Blue so much! But I have to tell you… I’m quite literally obsessed with your new baby girl!!! I can feel her sweetness through the tv!!! What a precious gift you got with her, and Blue seems to be just perfect with her!! Love love love!!! 🐾❤️ 🐾

Personally I wouldn't be giving Bucees my money, I appreciate that it's not a given right to sleep in car parks, but when other places are so accepting, I would show my $ appreciation with them.
Watching you live out of your vehicle reminds me of why I was soooo glad to walk away from living out of my truck while travel nursing for 7 years. The beauty of living out of my truck was that I was able to retire at 59 years of age from the money I saved on motel fees. Best to you ❤

I agree with Bucee's 100%. ESPECIALLY in Colorado. If they allowed "overnight" a bunch of folks would homestead their parking lot -- like they have all of Colorado's public land and anywhere private that allows overnight.
I like these 'low maintenance' kind of videos showcasing these road attractions like Bucee's. The World's Largest Truck Stop is another one that gets YT'd a lot. When on the road, these comfort food locations are a must stop. And I agree, Bucee's is its own personality with gas and plenty of fast food to go. I've never been to one but have to stop someday if out that way....travel on !!

I’m sorry they kicked you out but I’m glad there was an alternative nearby. I was surprised because my experience with Johnstown is lots of truckers passing through. The reaction of the manager was funny because he was like “sick rig 😀 but you gotta go 👨💼”. The routine of it makes me think it’s just like he said they’re not a rest stop. So they had to treat you like any other rig trying to stay. Plus the fact that they already knew where you could go. I’m glad you didn’t let it deter you. Buc-ees seems pretty cool!
I’m so stubborn I probably wouldn’t have gave them my business the next morning, I get it , that don’t want to attract bad elements, but so many people that rv full time that they could have a specific area for overnight camping and charge a fee they would probably be full 24/7/365 …. Also we had a 1977 pick up and the gas gage didn’t work , so my dad put a marble in the gas tank , so when the fuel was getting low you could hear it rolling around Hillbilly knowledge I guess 😊 ❤fromTX

UA-camrs pay attention! This gal just gave them 206K reasons to let her stay. Apparently they could care less. I was all in for a trip there until that happened. Big business is so clueless when it comes to opportunities.
I'm pretty sure buccees doesn't care at all that you're upset you can't sleep there. Buccees is packed 24hours a day. Idk why anyone would try to sleep there in the first place
I mean, the store manager didn't know who she was and was only following orders from corporate. And I'm guessing corporate doesn't care about a UA-camr when they already have a booming business with tons of customers. But to me, it's weird to get kicked out of a place from parking because of company policy, and then go to a place that welcomes overnight parking (unless the city/county has laws against it), and then go back and support the place that made you leave, and not support that place that let you stay. I'd at least bought gas/coffee.
It's clearly posted: No Camping. They are not OBLIGATED to ignore their own rule on their own property, just because some UA-camr decides to post a video. They'd have people posting every single night. It's not like they told her no and everyone else yes. Their property, their rules.
I was totally having anxiety waiting for the knock, lol. Sorry that happened to you. What a way to kill the joy, eh? At least the guy was nice about it. Right?
Buc-ee's is great! There are usually signs around the parameter of the property indicating no overnight parking, no 18-wheelers, and reminding folks to pick up after their dogs. It's the one in Colorado, the Birkenstock crowd who lives on the Front Range hasn't figured out how to promote it like one of their dumb hipster hangouts.
My wife and I were full time RVers. We NEVER slept in a store parking lot without first going inside and asking permission from the manager. And as a result, we never got kicked out.
Lol congrats... good for you. Big empty parking lot where you spent money at...who gives a f
@@TheCAPTturbo Apparently buccee's does for some reason.

I give a F, because I wasn't raised to be a spoiled little entitlist who believes I'm entitled to everything just because it's there and I want it.
I realize that their big empty parking lot is their private property, it belongs to them, and if I want to be a guest on it, I would at least have the decency to ask them first.
@@scenicdriveways6708
Correct, always ask first like a respectful person would.
Insurance. Lots of parking lots won’t let you sleep overnight bc overnight security cost money and if something goes wrong (robbery, SA) they could sue the property owner.
Love's is where it is at. Showers, Laundry, diesel, coffee, cleaner bathrooms, better food, dog parks! Buccees is not overnight or pet friendly.
Poe is definitely unmistakable. Saw it on the interstate north of Denver and immediately knew it. It was like finding an Easter egg in the middle of rush hour traffic.
After such a long Bucee's commercial, I can't believe they kicked you out!
Yes 😂
They actually I think have it posted in the Bucees that I’ve been in no overnight parking
I can’t believe she immediately went back in the morning to give them more money.
@absolutelyfailz4480be nice, you’ll feel better
Commercial? They have THOUSANDS of videos about them. If anything, they gave her content to make. She also violated their overnight sleeping policy which she knew about. No need to play victim.
Black felt doubled up completely blocks out interior lights.
Love them~!
Blue was pissed 😂 he wanted an armadillo too you could see it all over his face.

You are a better woman than I. There is no way I would've given my money to Buccees in the morning I would've given it to the one who showed me the love.
Everyone isn’t soft like you
The brisket sandwiches are the best. I actually live in Texas and have five Buckees in my town.
They pay employees 20 hour. Employees are nicest people. But food is terrible and home goods high dollar.
Bucees has the worst bbq in the world. Even sorry ass rudys bbq is better. Hell , quick trip has better bbq than bucees. @melodys3996
She should have been more transparent. There are signs at every Buc-eyes that state No Overnight parking. She was trying to stay when she knew it wasnt allowed. It is Clickbait and quite honestly her trying to do something not allowed and getting caught wasnt surprising.
They need to open up a couple of rows at the back of the parking lot where people can sleep overnight. It's not like the parking lot isn't big enough...
Hard no, it's nice for a reason.
@@skip686 i think it's understandable to not let people stay multiple nights, obviously it will get abused, but one night is harmless. if people don't leave, they get towed like how its always been. you can have overnight camping and nice lots
@@skip686 it is already a big enough parking lot, with basically 100 gas pumps, there really is no reason to not allow it lol
Nope people trash places
A full-timer of 6 years, I can honestly say we're our own worst enemies. Whether it's one night or 10 nights some people would abuse it, lounge chairs, cooking outside. It still amazes me how we Americans are so ignorant, and only takes few.
Good luck with your continued journey and bang on!😊
So nice to see your family enjoying your trip together. Ruda is ao well behaved. Thanks to her parent's parenting.
I love you and Blue so much! But I have to tell you… I’m quite literally obsessed with your new baby girl!!! I can feel her sweetness through the tv!!! What a precious gift you got with her, and Blue seems to be just perfect with her!! Love love love!!! 🐾❤️ 🐾
Buddy and Mama are adorable, cute and I just want to give them a hug! 🥰 ❤💙
I'm a Texan and Buccee-s is just a normal part of life, lol. Transplanted to Missouri 7 years ago, and we finally have two of them nearby. Safe travels and kiss the babies for me. 🥰
Most of Texas doesn't have Buc-ee's so that's not true
@@andrew348 Well, where I've lived, it was prevalent. Galveston County (and surrounding counties) and Comal County.

Hi again Maria, nice to see you and your dogs are still safe. 🙂👍👍👍
I’m a trucker and we aren’t welcome on the lot period. I will NEVER give them a penny of my money.
Truckers have so many choices you don’t need a car Rv one too!
That stinks
Personally I wouldn't be giving Bucees my money, I appreciate that it's not a given right to sleep in car parks, but when other places are so accepting, I would show my $ appreciation with them.
👏👏👏👏
I think you should’ve bought gas at the loves since they let us stay there
I’m glad Miss Thang is getting used to you and Blue!!!
Watching you live out of your vehicle reminds me of why I was soooo glad to walk away from living out of my truck while travel nursing for 7 years. The beauty of living out of my truck was that I was able to retire at 59 years of age from the money I saved on motel fees.
Best to you ❤
Went to a small bucees over 30 yrs ago in Texas haven't been to one since. We don't have any in Kansas. Can't believe they kicked u out after the money u spent there. Love Love's been going to them every time we went through Oklahoma. ❤❤
They kick you out and you still want to spend your money there?! Do you realize that if you're not supporting those that support you, eventually there will be no one to support you. Loves, Flying J, and others that allow you to stay overnight, that is where you should be spending your money.
Sorry, those places you mentioned don't even come close to a Buccees.

I remember Kara and Nate living in their van and doing a 24 hours at BucEes video, and saying up front that BucEes didn't allow over night camping, so they had to move their van to sleep.
At least he suggested Love's and didn't leave you in the dust.
I’m a Texan and I do love buccees BUT I know to never try and stay the night there and I never use their gas. It’s way over priced. We stop occasionally on trips for food and a good clean restroom. Loves all the way🤘
Commercialism at its best. You promoted the hell out of them. They kicked you out..Actually told you to go to Loves, and you went back to patronize them?! How was that spite and vengeance?! 😮 With great respect, you are a very confused person.
Hopefully she will learn from this. I was young once and probably made similar bad decisions. I believe she should donate whatever money she made from this video and give it to Love's along with a a sincere letter of how grateful she is for them, allowing her to spend the night at their Love's location (basically saving her).
Odd, huh?
40+ and single? Yeah.
A lot of ppl in this comment section sound absolutely deluded…she got coffee in the morning, didn’t donate her 1Mil lottery win, chill
She screwed Loves. Nice going.
Hahaha Blue didn't look too happy when you gave "her with no name" her new toy.

When did little girl join the pack? I missed it!!!
You showed Buc EES alright….going back and spending even more money than you did before they kicked you out!😂
Spent a lot of time at Love's, and support them when I overnight. Never had a problem
Loves and Pilot. I also found a shell station that let me overnight.
The reason I love your channel is that you are a beautiful woman and you’re not out here using your looks to further your channel, I appreciate that so much.
The best version of Pride and Prejudice that I've ever watched is the 1995 TV mini-series with Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth.
This is the objectively correct answer. Keira Knightley version second, then the rest.
Absolutely 💯….to both

Truckers and Nomads are not the "market share" Buccees caters too. There are signs clearly posted stating no sleeping in Parking Lot.
RIGHt !!!! The hippies and slobs are mad because they can’t park overnight at a place that says no overnight parking allowed.
why go back and give bucees your money??? you should be spending it at Loves and supporting them like they support you by not kicking you out.
Buc-cees is much cleaner with great food!
@@thedoor5442 i understand that but they had just kicked her out, why would you support them? Loves lets her sleep on their property she should be buying food there to support them because if they go out of business where will she sleep in a pinch? not at buc-cees thats for sure
I also love all period English drama shows! You have lots of company. They’re so intelligently written! Love England and all that it is! We’re on Britbox right now but I’ve got Bridgerton written down for later. 🤣🤣🤣

I frequent and nearly solely only use Loves as they welcome RVers. Most Pilots too. TA, Petro, and Buccees clearly don't want my money!
Loves and Flying J fuel prices are almost half again higher than Buckees.
I think you are so well spoken and I find your voice soothing. Good on you for being adventurous!
The way Blue was looking when you gave the girl dog her toy 😂😂😂😂
Yup! Buc-ees looks amazing and I’ll visit soon but next time give support to Loves and diesel-up there please!
Oh boy, you really showed them…you went right back in the morning “out of spite and vengeance” and gave them your money. Plus, you stayed the night at Love’s and you didn’t even have the decency to fill up at their gas station.
That little girl is so calm she just stays in her little bed she’s so sweet I just wanna snuggle her up
I’m sorry they kicked you out but I’m glad there was an alternative nearby.
Two this week my life just got heaps better. Kiss and cuddle those puppers for me. Be Safe Gurl. You all are in my prayers ALWAYS 💓🙂
I’m so stubborn I probably wouldn’t have gave them my business the next morning, I get it , that don’t want to attract bad elements, but so many people that rv full time that they could have a specific area for overnight camping and charge a fee they would probably be full 24/7/365 ….
Also we had a 1977 pick up and the gas gage didn’t work , so my dad put a marble in the gas tank , so when the fuel was getting low you could hear it rolling around
Hillbilly knowledge I guess 😊

I always call ahead if I need to spend the night. So far I've overnight parked at Cracker Barrel. I did email Love's customer service and they said that all locations allow overnight parking, but I still call ahead. Also really like the Love's app.
I'm currently working on a list of places to sleep in a pinch, but so far Love's and Cracker Barrel have been OK for overnight for me.
Nearly all truck stops have room for overnight parking and allow it. The drivers won't bother you unless you insist on parking a small vehicle in a 75' long spot intended for tractor trailers. Avoiding the showers in the afternoon and evening will keep you in good standing to.

I'm in TEXAS, where Buccee's started, would love to overnight there; but everyone knows you just can't. And yes, PO being recognizable doesn't lend itself to stealth anything. Especially parked out there in the open! But glad you enjoyed, and glad Love's was nearby.
Bucee's couldn't care less about you or 206k YT subscribers.
No one gives a crap bruh
