i can do pinch harmonics pretty well, but no matter how many bridges i move to, i simply can't really get the tone i want for it, like its either too high or too low

I found those pinched harmonics on this need hotter pickups than what comes on your squire. If you were looking for a reason to upgrade pickups...this is a great example
Nah, the most important part is proper gain staging. A clean boost in front of your amp should do the trick just fine.

Love the metal tutorials. Question Jaime how do you play on B standard on a 6 string without the strings sounding bad and feeling floppy? What string gauge/brand do you use?
You’re going to need at least 11 gauges maybe even 12 if you’re tuning that low. You’ll definitely snap your strings tuning down to B if they are lighter and used to standard tension.

What kind of strings would u guys recommend for drop B turning?.. I have 9,42s on right now n I think they aren’t thick enough expect the low e string 😅
