@Marty Music @5:33 the pinch harmonics you pluck the A string and bend the E for the pinch. I can only make the pinch sound from bending the A and plucking the A. Then on the second pinch I pluck the E and pinch bend the E. I just can't see in the video how you accomplish this. Doesn't make sense.
i’m a fairly new guitarist, think i’ve been playing for around 8 months. I learned the first riff/intro riff and can only get it to maybe 85% speed at max.. any tips for playing the riff without error

I can’t for the life of me figure out the best picking technique to play the song. Down picking most of the palm mutes feels the most intuitive but I don’t think I could ever down pick this at full Speed. I’m capped at about 128 bpm
I love the music, but I can’t help but wonder the desperation of people who load themselves up with goofy tattoos to try and conform to the tribalism. I mean it’s not even edgy anymore. You’re just conforming to the “non-conformists”

You actually get the pinch harmonic out of your picking hand. There’s some decent tutorials on UA-cam of how to do it.
