I got the S23+ under corporate employee program at 65k. Got a hefty 30k exchange bonus for Note 10+. Best bargain tbh. For me, there aren't many used cases for the S-pen and the screen feels too big too. S23+ is a battery monster. Lasts me 2 days always, on light use.

Bro, @techwiser you forgot one of best hidden feature in s23 series, I'm not sure if it is available in s22 or not. But while gaming, you can charge your phone, and battery won't get charged, saving battery life and excess heating. You need your phone to be connected with a fast charger, and the original wire that came with the package. Now while playing games you can open game launcher then game booster and then you will find the option "pause USB power delivery" it doesn't charge your phone, but powers it directly while you are gaming. This feature can be accessed in gaming phones like ASUS ROG. love Samsung.

I have been using the s23 ultra since it came out . I am satisfied over all but there are some things i felt could be better . The biggest one is the changing speed i feel it is very inconsistent it sometimes is really fast sometimes really slow and this happens randomly regardless of the battery percentage. The other big one is battery life i feel it should be a little bit better , i am a power user with my resolution and refreshrate cranked to the max and i very heavily use the phone (less gaming) . Ive seen other reviews on the topic and mostly people are satisfied i dont know if its my specific unit or my usage style . The last thing i feel that bothers me is the refresh rate is not consistent especially when multi-tasking like having a video open in picture in picture or having a video call or meeting in the same mode, it tends to lower the refresh rate while using the phone a lot of the times. I know that these are nitpicks and are specific to my usage case but when i am sending this kind of money i would expect these things to be fixed via an update. Dont get me wrong this phone is a beast but these were some things that just bothered me.

While the S23 Ultra is indeed fantastic, I feel this isn't "finally" an Android win.
It really feels just unfair, and rather foolish, that iPhone can have a lot of weakness in multi-tasking, photography, camera versatility, display, lack of reverse wireless charging, lack of USB etc., but still is called a "winner" for one minor advantage in video stabilization, or one extra UI animation in settings? How is that fair at all?
I really believe Androids have been exceeding iPhone quality for very long now. Just utter foolishness to call iPhone 'best' despite 1000s of flaws and just one advantage.

    Hi TW Team,
I own a S23 Ultra myself and worst experience I've had till now is the"Wireless Charging" overheat issue. Although it's the best phone I've ever had and I had never intended to switch to an iPhone. But this issue has been very disappointing for Me, as when charging my S23 Ultra wirelessly in my car, the phone gets extremely over heated at a certain point where the phone itself prompts a message that charging has stopped due to high temperature rise in device. So to overcome this issue I had no other option but to switch to the conventional way of charging which is to do it simply by using a charging cable which works absolutely fine and no issue with that. But at the same I'm not able to use the inbuilt feature of my car to charge my Samsung S23 Ultra wirelessly. Any advice to do so will be highly appreciable from your experts team.
    Thanks 🤘🏻

PWM dimming isn't good for the eyes or brain to be exact.
If the dimming frequency is low, it causes headaches in some people.
Another thing is, to maintain colour accuracy, the voltage at the OLED is very critical, so PWM dimming frequency used may need to be adjusted keeping that in mind.

It's for sure a great device, but camera software...well it's just same old Samsung camera software stuff I had problems with on every previous device I used. Shutter lag/motion blur because of it, choppy videos, weird color grading, unpredictable results... remove all "features" (most of the users will try once or never) like Single take, Directors cut, Moon pics...and it's just not as good - take it out of the pocket and point and shoot - experience as it should be. Hardware is great, but software just isn't on pair. I really couldn't care less about 200mpix or zoom when I still can't take a pic of moving subject (kid, pet...) without it being unusable because of blur. The same conditions my prehistoric Iphone 6 handles well. Vibration is so soft (compared to my previous Note10+) that I still have a lot of missed calls and notifications and I'm using S23 Ultra for more then 3 months.
For those who buy phone mainly because of it's camera, especially if you use social networks a lot...well, honestly, I'm not sure S23 Ultra is the right choice. I fell for the hype and got a pretty good carrier deal, but wouldn't really buy it again.

Most LCDs having Direct Backlit display or Large LED/LCD panels, and All AMOLED panels uses PWM for dimming.
Conventionally their frequency ranges from 200 to 450 Hz, but these days, Chinese OEMs are using High Frequency PWM which is being advertised as flicker free Display technology.
High Frequency PWM can be captured in Camera but isn't distinguishable by any normal human, no matter how sensitive are they to the seizure.
    DC Dimming is different altogether.
