That’s awesome that you have your daughter out there with ya. My daughter and I are gonna work on a 1970 c10 together for her to drive. She likes the old cars like me!
Make sure when you do the throttle position position sensor you dial in the voltage on those cars you have to manually set the voltage to the specs on your car.Only requires a standard volt meter. If you don't it will cause the car to hesitate when you put the peddle down like it wants to die out.In some cases the sensor is good but over time the set screw becomes loose and adjusts the voltage hope this helps had to do it on mine
I tried this on my 95 impala ss x highway patrol car.. and all it did was turn on my electric fans... no blinking check engine light... nothing.. I have no idea what to do.. I have changed all sensors under the hood
Tried this on my 95 Caprice LT1 as well… just turned all my fans on well and made the check engine light blink non stop. I counted to 60 before I stopped..
@@stephenjacober8300 sorry to hear about your trouble... I never did figure out my ss impala X Highway Patrol car... however in April of 2021 the Good Lord did bless me with a great deal on a C4 95 Corvette with only 87,000 miles... I sold the impala a few months back...

Boon Dock How do you set voltage my car keeps getting to high or low voltage at tps
I’ve been using a paper clip for my third Gen Camaro it does the same thing
What do you do with paper clip?
Just bought this tool and waiting for it to come in the mail, does the book have the cods?
HERES THE ADVENTURE WITH OBD1 ,,, the vehicle can run like a pile of shit, and never throw a code.
What if you have multiple codes?
Good video!
So save my money and continue to use a paper clip
I got to get one because I just bought a 92 Caprice.
