Welcome subscribers to stucco college.
This is a fix we get called in often to repair.
FYI, the methods used here are the same for most similar repairs.
Thus you can do this fix yourself.
However, if the cracking is not as large, this video shows how to use stucco caulking or expand foam as an alternative.
Caulking large cracks.

I created it for this purpose. Structural or large cracking on stucco walls, no problem.

Mor-flex has stucco sand in every tube. This is why it matches the stucco finishes so well.
In this video, I’m working with my son Dan, who helped me repair and mix the cement necessary to show this fix.
After I explained the one patch, My younger son Dan repaired the other ones.
Dan used his iPhone to record this preparation and quickly repair these large cracks in the existing concrete retaining walls.
Remember that these structural crakes are minimal in nature, such as the tree roots, the hilly area, and the amount of rain going on for about a hundred years, making retaining walls and movement almost impossible to stop.
As a result, I feel whoever built these retaining walls and stairs was a master at building, as this amount of damage is considered close to nothing for the amount of abuse these walls took.

Evening Yasmin; if it's just dirt, turn your garden hose on full blast without a nozzle and work it up there.

Or a Drain Bladder, www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-Medium-Drain-Bladder-82-976-111/301879205/ at the end, shove it up slowly.
The dirt may come out slowly or, hopefully, fast.
The trick is to let the dirt get and stay wet, then it will come out easier.
You may need an Electric Drain Cleaner Machine if they are clogged with roots. They have auger bits that unclog Drains, from sick toilets to sewers; you can rent these at HD. 🥂

Kirk the video quality was perfect but the further you were from Dan the audio level noticeably dropped off, is it from using the air pods?

Hello Avisitohere, fibers do help portland cement, we;'re using Rapid Set which is already more than twice portlands strength.

Hello again Kirk. After applying plaster to a block wall how soon should I start hydrating? And how often and for how many day?
a few hours for a couple of days.
Would this work for medium cracking (1/8 to 1/2 inch) in concrete driveways instead of urethane?
How can repaired cracks be blended in to match color of existing unpainted concrete?
The best caulking are Quikrete, Mor-Flexx, Sika-Flex that do indeed match concrete. Make sure they say matches the typical grey concrete, Apply wait a few days for it to dry, then a month or so when they get dirty, presto, they match.
Hi there, I had a low block wall Installed to divide my lawn with neighbors and was built in poor quality. There are cracks and the grout joints were not smoothed out well. I would like to stucco it. One side is split face. Can it be done?

Type in the word, "stucco scarifier," that is the technical name; most of us plasterers simply call them scratchers as we scratch the first coat with them.😉
