God bless you and your family, you're doing hard work, but satisfying. I'm 57, my kids are grown up, but if I had this information and understanding years ago, I would love to give my girls better school years, it's a shame, but thank GOD we are saved. I really admire you as mother and wife. Love from the U.K.

Zsuzsanna Anderson I would love to see. 🙂 My school room is also one of my "largest rooms", although, like yours, it's not all that large.

Ooo please do a room tour on GLS! Also, just curious, do your kids do all subjects of ACE? Specifically the Bible subject??

Great schoolroom! We are blessed to have a large room in this house that we can use as a classroom-the first time ever in all of our moves through the years! It was actually supposed to be two rooms-one formal dining room and one either formal living room or small study, but we just closed off the the two spaces into one large room and it’s great!
I loved the glimpse of your backyard. We have ten children as well and it was nice to see someone else who has a “regular” sized backyard and how you’ve utilized the space for the children to play. Although I’d love to have acreage for the children to have space to roam and explore, it’s just not an option right now where we live without having a 45 min to 1 hour+ commute for my husband everyday. We have a swing set and trampoline in our yard with a little more space for the little ones to run around and use our housing community’s country club for the pool.
I’d love to see a tour of the rest of your house! Keep the videos coming! 😊

Very nice!! Love the setup... We definitely want to homeschool our children..currently our son is about to be 16 m and our daughter is about to be a month. I have time however it probably feels a little intimidating to know where and when to start..

    • @AreTheyAllYours
      @AreTheyAllYours  6 років тому +2

It's intimidating now because they are still so young. You won't feel that way when they are ready.

Going back to the colored pencils, do you have watercolor pencils? They are my favorite, and I do creative journaling recommend many to try them out.

Zsuzsanna Anderson awesome also enjoyed the ACE video, I did ACE when I was younger, and I suppose I kept a lot of knowledge from it, but when I went back to the public fool system I didn't do so good at being braindefiled to their agenda, I failed a lot of their assignments, such as an report on the big bang theory. I did the report, but kept to the creation and I failed. Oh well. Love the work that you do with your kids. And I wish o could do this with my step kids, but that's a loosing battle for me 😓😲😭

Hello. What is the name of the German curriculum you mentioned?

  • @vanessaelhenicky5288

Love the video, thanks for the inspiration! We've got K-7 around our table this year & I'm in the middle of a room overhaul. Can I ask where you got the shelves for your Hardy Boys/ Nancy Drew collection? I am needing more shelves than I thought. Or now that I look again, are there just extra wall brackets to the shelves for support?

I have 4 boys under 5 and my oldest jusy started kinder in a charter public school. I tried hhomeschooling last year but I was pregnant and I have mental issues from being abused as a child and adolescente. So my anger issues interfered. I am doing much better at excersizing my patience and to be kind to my kids. But I have been on and off to jumping into homeschooling. I am Christian and my oldest even preaches while we are at the store or to other kids. I taught my 5 year old to read. But if you have advice for me please respond. Thank you

I was wondering which LÜK booklets you use with your children? Have a blessed day!

We have all three types of boxes (6, 12, and 24 tiles) with a variety of books for each. I like the Math ones and the "German as a second language" ones best.

Thank you Zsuzsanna! I ordered the German booklets along with a couple of other ones and the boxes.

I know this is old, but for anyone else reading.... The Moody Series from Titus2.com is very God honoring... As well as rod and staff books.

Homeschooling is illegal in sweden, I dread the day I have to send off my future children to school here. If I ever manage to find a woman, that is.

sweden force-feeds children, doctrines such as gender fluidity its better for to you get out. it is such a shame to see , a developed country such as sweden is a place of such totalitarian suppression to citizens by corrupted ideolouges.
