Just a quick comment regarding getting the decorative cover off the lug nuts. A 2 x 4 piece of wood works great. Just press the wood against the O.D. of the cover, nearest the decal end of the O.D. and wedge the wood against the tire rim. Slightly and rapidly press against the cover and you will hear it start to squeak loose. Doesn't leave marks and does not crack the cover like you might trying to use the screw driver slots. The youtube link below shows a guy doing it with a 1 x 1 piece of wood buy I find the 2 x 4 works better and doesn't have to be as long. ua-cam.com/video/DtZfe4cDRSY/v-deo.html
@danielgibson4901 nah bro if you're gonna make a UA-cam tutorial show it all. Don't act like what you did was a "big job" 🤣 just needed to see the pads so I could tell whether my coworker fucked up the other ones or not cuz the tabs looked jank.
Your video took twice as long to play than my brake job did.
Well I feel special that you watched twice as long as your repair took.
THANK YOU!!!! Your video was great help for me to replace my own brakes and rotor.
Thanks for the tutorial. Really helped! But yeah a time-lapse video with a voice over would of been much more efficient.
Ha sorry man I uploaded this video on a whim. I didn't really have time to make edits back then.
Very very helpful. Thank you so much for doing this video
Glad it was helpful!

Yes those caps are a p.i.t.a
I use the hook end of an old style shoe brake tool.
mobile service. GG for you sir.
Doesn't show how to put the pads in, downvote
If you're into a job this big and can't figure out how to put the pads in you should probably take it to a mechanic.
The pads are easy to get on, but some of his steps weren’t quite right, he got it done though.
