FYI The Costco version of this laptop is the same price but with 32 GB of RAM in the U.S.A, instead of 16 GB of RAM at every other U.S. retailer.
Unified memory, so I grabbed 32 GB version (in our country from Asus directly).

Exactly!!! I hate PC's with the trackpad skewed! Can't they make a 15-16 inch with the trackpad centered? I refuse to buy a laptop with the trackpad not in the center.

Would love to see a review on how powerful this thing really is, for everyday live, espacilly batterie life but also games or Video editing. Just for fun. How hot/loud would it get in different Szenarios, is it ok with extra 2 minitors, stuff like that. If its allright, it's a buy for me👍
If this runs Linux very well it will be my next computer. And if the chip Snapdragon X has very good Linux compatibility it will be success !

Also 99% of Tv's are Linux.
90% of all smartphones run Linux (on Android).
90% of Home routers and multimedia appliances.
90% of Auto multimedia.
99% of all Supercomputers.
I would also like to know what makes you think Linux can not have more market share on the desktop.

@@MohamedBakorAbobakr I know, the issue here is another one: 90%+ of the Software Usage done on Windows Can be done in Linux Native apps, Even Android! Some countries have already more Android integration then Windows. Even Windows apps are all migrating to Web-Based tools .. like Office365 .. All of that can be done in Native Linux.
Today the only thing "holding" the Windows Market is truly the fact that it is the preinstalled OS.

Yeah, it has translation layer called Prism. Microsoft states that it performs with the same efficiency as Apple Rosetta does... But... We don't actually know... The project Voltera implementation run rather poorly...

Because it have boost mode and any possessor in the world will have much heat on heavy tasks
On MacBooks as an example the key difference between MacBook air and pro with the same processors was the fanless design of the air Macs struggles to do heavy tasks for more time (the processor will become hot after like 10 minutes) and the system will reduce the processor power to avoid any damages
So yes any processor needs a cooling system even if it was ARM

I advise you not to buy any products from ASUS until they fix their warranty issues and stop accusing customers of not understanding or breaking their products. I have 3 laptops from ASUS, and the last one broke easily with a dead screen due to a faulty part. The only way to make a change is to stop buying their products. I’m really sad and disappointed.
