Daytona all day. Skydweller beautiful and amazing movement but to fat! Because of the fatness will pass. Rolex Daytona the size that’s right! Market is soft so waiting list short now since we are headed into a depression. Just got my 🐼 panda ! :) Nice video mate.
Both seem to me to be fine watches, but pitting them against each other in this way is something of an "iffy" proposition because they have very different functions. These features of the Sky Dweller would be quite useful to me. I have close to zero need of a chronograph and have nothing to prove by wearing one, so have very little interest in owning one.
Maybe you should just stick to an Apple Watch. The white gold Daytona is $40K and the blue dial Sky Dweller is going for $23-24K. Nobody buys these watches for day-to-day practicality. It's about looks and novelty.
Sd is fab! I also have both the day & sd but I wear the sd much more and use her for every day use the day I use on the track and wear her occasionally. Long live the sd!!😅❤

I own both these watches and I wouldn't compare these two watches due to they completely differences in avery way. The appropriate comparison would be GMT to GMT and chronograph to chronograph. Also, with introduction Sky-Dweller on jubilee bracelet, the watch is looking more balanced and classy because of fluted basel.

Skydweller should be made in 40 mm or 41 mm max
They already do. It’s called the Gmt master 2
it wears much smaller than a 42 but I understand it may be too big for small wrists under 7 inches

Annual Calendars should have a triple date readout; day, date, month. Day of the week is much more important than the month.
It’s not that big. If you want a smaller gmt you have the gmt or explorer 2.
