- On March 31, California received waivers from the Environmental Protection Agency that allow the state to require half of heavy trucks sold in the state to be zero emission by 2035. On last week’s 10-44, we heard from CALSTART on the air quality benefits of the rules and more.
But what about the impacts on trucking, particularly when it comes to small fleets and owner-operators, which represent the vast majority of capacity in the industry?

If California wants to get rid of diesel trucks, why are they gonna do about their farming industry? The tractors don't run old electricity
Did anyone just hear what he said?It might pan outhat's bullshit
All I have to say is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it electric trucks are dumb def is dumb one of the only reasons we have def is because of the tree hugging idiots in California there are a bunch of owners and people will not switch to either of them
I believe the end result will cripple California. The ports will simply move. Personally if the rest of the country refuses to do buisness with CA. Beef Ag products.
This is not a free country when government what will made how its built and what you will buy and run your business
