@@justonpreble4083 Ah, more money for China for their solar panel, got it. So 50k for car, another 30k for solar panel + battery for storage. Guess this is really a push for all mid lower income to take public transport. Gotta love the magic trick.

There will never be enough charging stations available for those in high density condo or apartment areas or in crowded areas populated by the loewer and lower middle class. In the rural areas with little population and long driving distances, electric vehicles are absurd.

Considering how many rolling brownouts and blackouts California already has, i wonder how everything will be charged.
Also, in the meantime, Germany and Italy and a few EU countries are quietly trying to push back or abolish their own ICE vehicle ban in 2035. This whole thing is dumb.

Why is my belief - that you should buy what works best for you with your hard-earned $ - so out of fashion? The obvious and predictable reaction is that used vehicles will have greater market power and businesses that up-fit (modernize) older vehicles will flourish.
The present of all electric cars and other vehicles doesn't needed of charging cable of electric grid, all alternators can rechargeable of batteries while driving on the road and minimize of electric bills while charging of all electric vehicles.
They do that now.

I have two myself. With my tune I get about 54 mpg and I spend about 150 bucks a month on fuel. My friend with his 90k dollar Tesla is paying about 1,100 a month on his home power bill now. This electric idea is a huge scam and money making deal period. There is nothing zero emmision or green about it.
