We're do you get the oil to put on your face. An what does this help on your face using that tool
The oil is from a White Rabbit Natural Skincare and is called Olive and Avocado Serum. You can use this or any other oil like a grapeseed or almond if you don’t have a nut allergy. The Gua Sha tool helps to lift and contour the facial muscles if used daily and its also good for draining away puffiness and to get the circulation going. Great for anti ageing.🙂

Hiya, SELFCARE, yeah that was really good. I actually don't like getting facials, had a bad experience once and it put me off! Having watched the tutorial, it is definitely a beauty technique I'm going to try. I do face yoga (UA-cam Danielle Collins) which I find really good so your Gua Sha tutorial is an added bonus.
