    I know I keep saying this, but your workouts are amazing. The sequencing of the workouts & flow are fantastic and your instruction is fab. An amazing workout from just a weight, or with the other workouts - the bar. Thank you so much.

    That was fab thank you Donna, just got heavier weights (2.3kg) and that was a perfect class to try them out for the first time 💪

    Holy moly 😮 That was a challenge, i did struggle with lifting the knees and weight but thats part of the course with me. I did use a 4kg weight which was a good challenge for me 😊 I even managed the plank and lifting the weight 😊😊 my progress is astonishing thanks to you 😊❤❤
