One thing to add if you're swapping your old white lever onto the new mech to replace the red lever it comes with then when you're fitting the old white bit to the new mech you have to put the return spring in place when you first put the white bit onto the pivot because when you put the metal lever on and screw it down you wont be able to feed the return spring under the white part and up through its hole. On the new red part its all open i.e. no hole so you can fit the spring afterwards. Great video - I'm half way through and praying it all works when it's back on the door because there are a few differences to the internals of the electrics part of the new mech. Cheers (and subbed) I owe you a pint.
well spoken - a difficult fix in steps - there is magic in Paul's shed.

I cleaned and regreased my lock servo. I used a light silicone grease and it is flying now.
Glad it helped

OMG I'm going to have to do this (swap red bit for white) if and when I can get the friggin mechanism out.
