- The world's largest titanic museum is in Branson, Missouri. This museum is built to be 1/2 the scale of the original ship. Displays and artifacts change every year. If you're looking for something to do on your next Branson vacation, this is perfect for the whole family.
who else is suddenly getting all titanic-related shorts in their feed?
Yup
I’m losing my mind from it FR it’s because of The Titan probably
Me
same!
Yep
Imagine a 9/11 museum where you walk in through an airplane
A wrecked one, u get a passport at the end find out if they survived🤧
And then you get a persons id and at the end you find out if they died or not
That’s fucked up bro 9/11 is worse than the titanic they shouldn’t make a museum
@@darealtrixter I was being sarcastic and mocking this museum cuz it would be a similar concept
ikr? super disrespectfull!
For those wondering, the cold water was actually the temperature of the water when the Titanic sunk.
Wow thanks captain obvious, the fu*k 😂
@@JMac-27 They didn’t specify it in the video so I’m just saying that to explain to everyone.
@@JMac-27for freal, it seems like he didn't understand at first and when he got it later on. Was like i gotta post it. someone else might as confused hahaha
@@JMac-27No need to be rude.
Noooooo, I thought it was the temperature of the captain’s piss ya doofus 🤡
Went there back in 2008. Enjoyed it a lot.
They had a tank where you could put your hand in water that was the same temperature as it was that fateful night. Was very painful.
My card was that of Nurse Jessop, who not only survived Titanic but 2 other ship sinkings as well.
I went here with my family in 2017. I got the ticket of a little boy whose name I don’t remember, but I remembered that he survived the disaster.
What?
@@lauramcintosh8595remember when the video mentioned that when u get the ticket, there's the name of one of the passangers that were in the titanic in 1912. This person is saying that when they got their ticket, the name on it was of a boy that survived the sinking of the ship
Where is it located? I would like to go thefd
Was it Robert douglas spedden? He was a 6 year old boy that survived the mess
I went back to it once around 2015/2016 when i was on a school field trip (mind you i did not go to this attraction i went to another location) i got sarah (lastname)and she had survived, the reason it’s important is because thats my name as well with the h which made the trip 110 times better! Lol i was just happy it was my name too, let alone she survived which made my day lol
Ohhh yeahhhh I love this museum
Imagine the ship just starts driving, right into an ice cube
I sure am lucky to live in branson 😊
Wow...once a tragedy, now an amusement park.
It’s not a amusement park, it’s a memorial museum
@@oJassu
Kind of a mix of the two
If you're against this you should definitely be against the Titanic movie. Like I'm fine with a museum but a movie is messed up
Awesome. I went to the Titanic exhibition in NYC some years back and it was spectacular. It isn't exploitation in any way. It brings it all down to reality and honors the victims. It made me feel for these people more intensely that ever before.
Alright, I have to see that.
@@OneBrokenEgg The one in NYC was a traveling show. I have to see this one in the vid!
@@josephconsoli4128
Yeah the one in Branson isn’t going anywhere, I’ve been there twice. It’s pretty cool ngl.
I have been to the one in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which is worth visiting. It is different, because the focus is more about Belfast’s ship building history than the Titanic
I live in Branson MO and I’m so glad that it’s finally getting its recognition lol
They should have floating a door exhibit to see if two people can float on it at once.
HELP 😭
Been on there my dad lives in Branson
There's one of these in Tennessee! Never been there, probably too expensive, but I'd love to go one day.
It is in Pigeon Forge, TN I have not been inside of it either but it looks sick.
@@SaiyanGamer1243it has everything this one has it’s pretty cool
The one in Belfast is the true museum
I'd rather go to Ireland than the US anyway
@@iadoreapplehead belfast ain't in ireland
@@izzybeauchamp3786no fucking shit mate 💀
@@KLT2627 well it isnt
@@izzybeauchamp3786Belfast is in Ireland.
It was a at a museum in Boston many years ago. My passenger was Mary Kelly. That was my mother's maiden name. We didn't make it.
I am so excited. I will be going to Branson with my mom this year for Veterans Week in November.
I mean it’s nice to remember them, but the ice burg entry and the victim survivor lottery is a bit of a middle finger 😂
Fr
Excalty what i thought 😅🤦🏾♀️
I went to the one in Pigeon Forge two days ago definitely recommend I learned some new facts and it was super fun to learn about and do some of the activities they had there
Imagine if there was a titanic submarine museum and the entrance was a game controller
Bro nahhhh 😂
Actually the one in Tennesee has something like it, albeit lackluster and more of an arcade in the corner of a room
The Titanic movie is messed up. You shouldn't turn a tragedy into entertainment on a screen.
@@UneeVee they do it all the time💀 wake up
@@Honeycombss_dancecompany yeah I know that I was making fun of the fact how people think an movie is okay but get totally angry when it's a museum. With all due respect for the victims, I think it's fine they don't give a shit they're dead
Museum titanic love 💓💓💓
As a Missourian, it is an amazing museum! That and the steamboat arabia in KC Mo are both really good places to visit.
Just went four days ago! I loved it!
No way the entrance is an iceberg 😂 now I need to go😂
Seriously... lol.. ive been there several times. You walk thru a fabricated iceberg.
Omg I’m literally in Missouri that exact place 😂
Gift shop seems kinda messed up 😮
to be completely and totally fair these types of places basically keep the lights on with gift shop sales. if they charged at the door what they needed to to stay afloat (pun intended), not many could afford a ticket inside. though some of the items in the shop are probably a bit insensitive. think of it this way, if they didn't have a gift shop, it is likely that this museum, with it's artifacts and important history to learn for kids and adults, would not exist.
@flockofdoves3889 I don't completely agree. That's what donors are for and most museums open already having an abundance of them.
@@adamrasmussen1839 if they had enough donors they wouldn't need a gift shop...🤷
@flockofdoves3889 eh, or they just want to see money go in their pocket. Would be easy to open a museum like this (especially the Titanic) and have it be completely dependent on donors.

Been there! It’s awesome!!!❤❤❤
I went to one in I think it was Pigeon Forge and that one was also an amazing experience
Absolutely, went to it a few weeks ago and it was the highlight of the entire trip.
@@Candyohh I went there a couple weeks ago
@xandergardner608 hopefully you enjoyed the experience as much as I did? Were you able to check out any of the attractions in Pigeon Forge?
The island and 3 bears was really cool except it was one bear, not 3.😊✌️
@@Candyohh Yea we went down ziplining and our view was absolutely beautiful
I’m in pigeon forge rn
Pigeon forge has the same museum. It's very cool. And just as big as Branson's.
I remember in 3rd grade we went to a titanic museum! It was really cool. It was somewhere in Orlando Florida I think
We’ve been to that one and it was amazing! You get a ticket with a passengers name as well and see if they survive too. I remember they had pieces of the ship on display and replicas of what certain rooms and areas looked like and they had the same thing where you could feel how cold the water was and you could go “outside” of the bridge to see how dark it was that night as well. My passenger actually ended up being the mother of the youngest survivor who was also the last survivor to pass away.
@@desireer1050 wow nice I eneded up switching my ticket with a friend and the ticket I gave her was a survivor while the one she gave me was a person who died. Its like she knew or something lol
Lucky
Wow so beautiful 😍
I went here a long time ago for my birthday since I used to be a HUUUUUUUGE nerd for the titanic and it is to this day my favorite memory
Where is it at?

I’m not into titanic anymore, I’m into fnaf now, but it’s still a amazing museum to visit, it’s very fun
Great vid!!
I personally think it's disgusting to turn the suffering of thousands of innocent passengers into a game of luck played in a tacky replica of the exterior. The TRUE Titanic museum is in Belfast, and actually pays respects to the victims of the disaster and doesn't sell disrespectful tat in the gift shop. I think its horrible to portray such a tragedy as "light hearted family fun"...
I can’t imagine dying as a huge ship plunged under the ocean in a pitch black sea. The pure terror. To make the entrance an iceberg is tacky and morbid. And using names of real people as a game of who lived or died, yikes. There are ways to honor those that died and the tragedy of the Titanic- but this doesn’t seem like the right way.
@@Mayfloweralways it absolutely isn't. It's so horrible
I thought I was tripping listening to this! The museum doesn’t sit right with my spirit at all smh
@@chleobrielle it's just so blatantly disrespectful and reaches out to an audience of ignorant tourists.
should do a 9/11 museum where you enter through a airplane and sell souvenirs, I bet this same yt would cry bout and complain.
It looks so cool, I’d love to visit
I've been to this one quite a few times too. LOVE IT!!!!
I Been on there only once and I loved it 🥰
There’s one in Tennessee too! Same thing like this one!
Used to live here i miss it
😂🤣😂😅😂🤣😅🤣😂🤣😂She said “ it’s really immersive!” Come on!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
i went there in 2017 and not i get to go tonight imma cry bc of memories
I got to visit the one in Tennessee and it was the same, loved the experience and the way we were able to interact with many of the displays.
The Titanic experience was immersive you've got to love the irony of that statement😂
I would love to see this!
Thanks for sharing
Pigeon forge, TN as well!
Imagine if they gave you cards to be a 9/11 victim or a holocaust survivor/victim. It's bad taste really.
I have been through this museum. Very impressive.
I'm actually in Branson Missouri right now and its actually really big and pretty!
My number one wish is to go see this. Beautiful.
Go to Belfast, England. Its more respectful
I went there
Time to go to Missouri:D I need to see Titanic museum😭
I went there yesterday it was amazing! My person I got survived! I loved the grand stair case and loved how you could see how cold the water was. I also loved how you could see off the balcony and see how the ship was different times the ship was sinking.
I went here once! I recommend going there, it's one of the best places I've went to!
Always wanted to check this museum out, when you say it's half the scale as the original, is that in height or length, or both?
What are you even asking? Its built to 1:1 scale but its only half the ship.. scale means both lenght and height and depth. 🤦
As the real ship, scale wise, that's why the fuck I was asking. Why have this shit on here if ya can't ask.
Obviously it's not gonna be the actual length, not all of it is there but I was asking the height, from the bowe to the ground. Like I said never been there and would like to sometime. If I don't ask will never know.
I would love to go there someday.
I visited this on on April 12, 2012 it was so moving ❤
What person did you have
@@PMG242Huh?
I recommend visiting the actual titanic museum in Belfast, it's more informative and actually respects the stories of the former passengers.
@@mostafaa_dzin the video the person explains everyone who visits gets a card with a Titanic passenger and the card has their name and info on it, what class they were, their family, could’ve also had things like where they were going. And then at the end you find out if they survived or not.
@@desireer1050 yeah, I said “huh” because why bother ask if it was 11 years ago
I went with my wife in Tennessee and I loved the museum it's fascinating
Says you can't record and proceeds to record all she can.
All Museums say that. Where have you been?
She pictured it (on live)
For everyone's knowledge, this is owned by the same company as many other kinds, the highest rated being in pigeon forge Tennessee. So though yes it's the "largest" its on scale with all other museums owned by the company. Check around and I promise there is one close by when on the east coast
You should go to the titanic museum in pigon forg Tennessee
We need one of these in Myrtle Beach, SC!
I know so many facts about the titanic and I just really want to go there now

I'm going to the Titanic too with my class
I see that all the time n Branson I’m gonna go in there
Been there several times. Don’t live far at all from here about 3 hours. They used to have stuff signed by Milvinia Dean at one time in lobby for sale.
I’m in Branson right now and we might go there
Plot twist if the passenger that you got didn’t survive you don’t
There’s also one in pigeon Forge, Tennessee
I go here a lot when I visit Branson it’s so cool my favorite part is when I get to climb the deck to see if I can make it up the steepness it’s always fun
That iceberg is basically what killed them (other than too few lifeboats and etc.). Don’t find that entrance in good taste.
I got to go,it was amazing!
There is a titanic museum in Gatlinburg TN and it is really cool but mine didn’t have a staircase
We are in Branson right now!!
i went here in june when i went to missouri, and it was so fun! i was a kid from haiti and i survived :)
I used to live in Mountain View, Missouri, and when I first moved there I stopped and Branson, never checked this place out but i saw it from the interstate
My brother works in the one in Tennessee!
I always wanted to go here.
It's a GREAT PLACE.
My passenger SURVIVED.
I so wanted to go to the Titanic museum when I was in Branson
