1) I'd add a sun visor and a pair of Australian made Fyrlyt halogen spotlights.
2) Change the head lights back to halogen.
3) Those tyres will roll off the rims because they're not designed for split rims. It's not particularly safe and side wall failure due to over flexing is a real issue. That's why it's not allowed.
